    HI there: the noise come from the back of the machine where the air hose is connected. The noise occurs when I am breathing or not. The problem is at the back of machine.

      As long as you do not block the exhalation port of you mask you should be in the clear.

      Thanks for sharing. I would say maybe you can try out the VCom I will provide the link. This may limit the sound of the inhale sound. sleeplay.com/products/sleepres-v-com Let me know how that works for you?

      Hi,
      Thanks for reaching out! It could be possibly the water chamber is not pushed in all the way. The mask or maybe a hole in tubing possibly. If none of the if it is a whining sound that may be a motor issue.

      Hello,
      You may need to adjust your settings, they may be on the high side if that is happening to you. I would consult with your sleep doctor and let them know about this issue.

    My noise is coming from the back where the filter is and yes I've changed the filter, hose and mask. I hope this isn't a sign that it's burning out.

      Hi,
      Sorry to hear of the issues. I hope the problem has been resolved by now. Sorry for the late response. I know it sounds silly but sometimes the water chamber is not pushed in all the way causing a wind noise. If the issue was resolved I would love to know what it was and how you resolved for anybody having similar issues. Thank you!

    I hear myself breathing inhale and exhale, I am thinking about trying earplugs. My additional problem is it feels too hard to exhale. I have the hybrid mask that fits just below my nose. It doesn’t make physical sense to me that each exhale has to move my used air to the top of my headgear, if that makes sense.

    • @Sleeplayground
      @Sleeplayground  Год назад +1

      I assume you are using the F30i possibly, that connects to the top of the head. The air travels through the tubing near the ears which may make a little more noisy when breathing. As far as the pressure breathing out, if you have the option on the machine, in my options it might say EPR on the list. You can select and raise to 3 to make it easier for you to exhale. I am doing a video tomorrow on the VCom device which is great to minimize noise that may help as well. Link sleeplay.com/products/sleepres-v-com check th

      Sorry had to write 2 responses as far as the exhaled air. It does not have to travel to the top of the mask to be released only. On the front of the mask there are exhalation holes to allow the carbon dioxide to escape as well. Check out the video and the link I sent you for the noise issue and let me know.

      Hi,
      Sorry about the annoyance with your machine. It is not the mask correct? That sounds like a mask issue. If not maybe the water chamber is not pressed in fully, possibly.

    I shouldn't have to wear earplugs 🙄

    • @Sleeplayground
      @Sleeplayground  Год назад

      Hi,
      Yes, there should not be noise coming from the machine whatsoever. The mask would be the only thing that would make noise, because of leakage. Please make sure all is fit properly and all the accessories tubing, water chamber etc. are connected properly. We can work on trying to find a mask that would work better for you, if there is an issue with leakage. I would need to know the mask so we know where the leakage would be coming from.
