Best guide ever produced for this temperamental machine. Too bad Digitech never showed as much care after release.

Which is ashame, because it's a good piece of kit. I'm still using mine. I have learned that digital boards prefer me to use considerably more gain, around 12 O'Clock vs. 8 O'clock for analogue, but other than that it still works just fine in modern settings.

Yes. You will have to be mindful of where you're keeping the guitar amp relative to you, and you would have to keep the gain knob on the amp at a reasonable level, but this is possible.

Hello Jake, how do you make that the others sounds of the instruments on the stage no go to the sax mic? I work with a TC Helicon but is much difficult that the Helicon not 'take" the other instruments sound on the stage and harmonizer too. Thanks.

dieguete1234 be sure to keep the stage volume as low as possible, and keep your gains low. That will help in picking you up, and not the rest of the band. The gate limiter is also an option, but I'm not a fan on how it gates the effects.

can you use just a sax mic, digitech voice 300 and a guitar amp, for a beginners rig?
