Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing this info. When doing the Off Leash K9 board and train program, is it possible to purchase a second e-collar controller and it be paired with the dog's collar too? General scenarios are wife and I are both at home, but are at opposite sides of the house. The dog would go back and forth between us, but it is inconvenient to be handing the controller off each time he goes to visit the other human.

Both the remote and collar units are waterproof. Because the collar is worn tight, remove after swimming, to prevent chafing and to let your dog's neck dry.
Depends on which mode you are in, if setup on 1D and on the continuous mode then the red button is a boost button. Check out page 10 at the link for the full breakdown of the red s button. www.ecollar.com/media/300%20Owner%20Manuals/300%20302%20Owner's%20Manual%20May%202015%20(1).pdf
They use a self branded system from www.ecollar.com. Keep in mind you need to know how to correctly use an e-collar. If used incorrectly, it will cause more problems than help BUT if you're willing to put in the time and research, you can get basic commands with this. Personally, I never had a need to have my dogs sit on a picnic table, etc. but it's all up to you.
@@CollaborativeMindAI I guess you don't understand sarcasm since they have dogs sitting on all kinds of stuff 99.99% handlers would never have their dogs sit on.
@@mistiedanielle9615 That was sarcasm since they have their dogs sitting on all kinds of strange things that most handlers/owners would never place their dog on. Perhaps you didn't realize I use these collars which is how I knew they were self branded ecollars.
I have no problem with recall with my dog because he trusts me and wants to be around me, not because I shock him if he doesn’t listen. This is sick and I don’t know why people are okay with this. Build a strong connection with your dog. Fear is not a good way to form a connection.
its tens stim. my pt uses it on me ll the time to work on my muscles. i lay down and take a nap while 10 contacts points are on me :) it's really not that serious, it just makes your muscle jump.
Thank you so much for reminding me how to use mine; it's been a while. And I do think this is a safe tool to use.
Will the dogs always need the e collar? And not listen when it’s not on?
The video was good but Nikki already showed me everything she is excellent
Thank you for not saying " and um, and um", and getting to the point effectively and consequently.

i know it is quite randomly asking but do anybody know a good site to stream newly released tv shows online?
@Thaddeus Noel lately I have been using Flixzone. Just google for it =)
@Zachary Emanuel definitely, been watching on flixzone for since march myself =)
@Zachary Emanuel thanks, I went there and it seems to work =) I appreciate it !
@Thaddeus Noel glad I could help :)
Is there a way to use 1 remote for 2 dogs? Or would have to have 2 separate remotes.
Yes, you can purchase an additional ecollar technologies collar and pair the red s button the remote to the 2nd collar!
@@OffLeashK9TrainingLehighValley I just booked my board and train for 2 dogs. Can I get this prior to our pick up lesson?

They have killed dogs.
If our dog responds to the T button which is the vibrate, can we keep on using it instead of the stimulation button? Thanks.
Yes, that's the preferred way to use an ecollar. You are lucky, because some dogs are too stubborn and need the stimulation.

I hope people are using this device humanely and I wish you would emphasize that
It is impossible to use a shock collar humanly
Oh i didn’t know dogs would know the difference and how to act when using the ecollar for different commands like heel and recall.
I lost my manual and thsi video is not addressing the red button... can anyone remibd me of its purpose please?
My dog has lost his collar. Does anyone know if you can just buy the collar and if so where can it be purchased?
Can you use this with a pool or do you remove it for swimming
Both the remote and collar units are waterproof. Because the collar is worn tight, remove after swimming, to prevent chafing and to let your dog's neck dry.
I lost the charger, what voltage is it?
You can buy a new charger through the manufacturing company of this unit, E-Collar Technologies.
What happens if I press red bottom?

@@OffLeashK9TrainingLehighValley What exactly does "Boost" mean? A shock?
Will these work with a very long hair dog such as a Samoyed?
I have a Bernese Mountain Dog and he needed longer contacts. You also have to make sure there’s no fur blocking contact with the dog’s skin.
What brand of training collar is this?

Can they be trained without the e-collar and why are there dogs crying in the background? Doesnt sound good.

Most of these collars don't shock the dog to the extent you think it does, and even then most users are using a vibration feature.
It’s comparable to a tens unit, it does not hurt them, even on the highest setting.
You managed to take an instructional video and turn it into a story about yourself. Thanks for sharing your awesomeness.
If it’s so humane, then why don’t you demonstrate it on yourself
Every single client, nation-wide, holds it in their hand and feels EXACTLY what their pup feels :)

If I ever see a dog with an e-collar, I will have that dog removed from the abusive owner
Your comment is ignorant....and I would challenge you to TRY and have my dog "removed".
Yes because service dogs definitely are abused

I dare you to try…
