  • Discover peace: a breathing practice for depression, apathy and frustration.
Feeling stuck in a cycle of depression, apathy and frustration? You are not alone. These emotions can be overwhelming, exhausting and disconnected. But there's good news: a simple breathing practice can be a powerful tool to help you find peace and regain control. In this video, we'll guide you through a gentle breathing practice specially designed for you: to calm the nervous system and relieve feelings of tension. To shift your focus from negative emotions to the present moment. To promote a sense of relaxation and reduce physical tension. To reduce frustration and create space for emotional clarity. This practice does not require special equipment and can be done in any comfortable place. Remember that consistency is the most important thing, so try to take a few minutes every day, even if you don't feel like it.
What are we going to do?
We will breathe in, holding the breath for as long as is comfortable. Exhale. Again, hold the breath for as long as is comfortable.
We will do this many times. After one of these breathing cycles, we take a break and resume. This breathing relaxes the body and calms the mind. The mood improves and a state of calmness appears.
