LiveFoot is everything Randy says it is and more. I know it's another pricey addition, but it is more than worth it.

It’s awesome! And I haven’t had it on the water yet… the quality of the product and ease of installation tells me it will live up to the hype

Nice mount my friend, I was eyeballing that LiveFoot and The Live scanner mount before I choose the RITE-HITE TURRET it's Half the price. It's a must for Live scanning sonar. Keep up the good work.

The universal mount can be port or starboard mounted on an Ultrex? Are you going to use any type of stabilizer as recommended by DD26? I wish the mount and other hardware could be in black as an option. Thanks

I have the Rite Hite. The rotation speed is incredibly slow. Can you do a video that shows how fast the live foot rotates?

    • @The_Garmin_Guru

It’s slow too. I like that feature. I believe Livescanner has one that has adjustable speed.

Do you think that CF shaft has some flexibility or is it rigid ? And have they recommended to you a suppose brace for traveling in rough water ?

I just bought and installed the livescanner on my boat. I watched some of your previous videos on it and got sold pretty quickly. Did i waste my money? What were the major issues that I need to worry about. Is the price difference really worth going with the dd26?

Bro gotta question bout the livefoot gen 2. Is thier a way to tighten up the rotation slack? Mine seems to have gotten loose some how. The right and left turn about 4 or 5 inches b4 it even moves. Ive checked all the allen bolts everything is tight. Its gotta be in the gears. Any info would be great. Thanks bro

Question: I run my GPSMap 1222, Livescope, and a Helix 10 ( I rarely have the Helix on when crappie fishing) on my bow off of an Amped 60 amp battery. I have a junction/fuse box dedicated to this battery. If I tap the LiveFoot onto this junction box, do you think it would cause any interference on the Livescope? Thanks for your input.

    • @The_Garmin_Guru

Naw. It only draws .3 amps

It looks like a well made unit, but I feel like you simply have too much stuff going on. With the transducer on the force shaft, we have a single variable. Yes, you can’t spot lock the way I am describing, but that is why we have crappie brakes.
