Hey Chris, I hope you're enjoying the holiday season, my friend! I was gutted to let the goldfish go, but I was doing mental gymnastics working out where everything could go, and they just wouldn't fit. I'm desperate to get the rainbows moved and bred, and the shellies. I've got really exciting ideas I want to move towards. Thanks for watching mate!

@horizonfishkeeping yeah, we've got a bit, nothing major, which is turning to slush now. The problem is when it freezes tonight. I'm just counting down the days until spring now

@horizonfishkeeping it's an absolute pain. The other week, my tanks were at 19 degrees with the heater on full, so I ended up putting heaters in the tanks. A few days later and all the ranks were at 30. Yeah, would be nice to catch up on a live
Yeah, I totally agree. The problem is, his fans rock up to walstad groups armed with his theories and then start steamrolling everyone with a different opinion. And unfortunately, a lot of his opinions Diana Walstad says don't work in her book. So, then, the heated debates start. I've seen extremely experienced Walstad veterans who have been doing it for years get kicked out of groups for losing their patience with hoards of people telling them they're wrong.
Yeah, it's got me to the point now where I've decided to change track with the hobby. I originally started the channel wanting to showcase my breeding projects and had walstad hacks and vibes. The dirted tank content brings a lot of eyes to your channel, but they can be the wrong type of eyes. So, for my own peace of mind, I want to go back to what I originally intended for the channel. I've got myself a few breeding projects growing out, and I'm working on a couple of big projects atm.
