All you have to do to get the wandering wight is to kill the wandering wight in the area outside the forest basically just straight across from where you use the scales

I was playing last night and I promised myself I wasn’t gonna get off till I beat him on my second try I ended up staggering him he fell to the floor and he never got back up.. I have a twitch video of it not sure how it happened. I’m just wondering if any one went through the same issue?
