- The journey to a perfect cup of tea-whether you call it cha, chai, or tea-is indeed a voyage of love and learning. In our quest for the quintessential brew, we've roamed through various cities, sampled from multiple vendors, and sipped at different times of day. And guess what? We're still learning, still refining our techniques, and can't wait to take you along for the ride.
Now, you may have heard that making tea is a precise science, but today, we're setting the scales aside. This is not just about ratios; it's about relationships-between you, the tea leaves, and whoever you're sharing this cup with. Trust us, the measurements we provide here are enough to make two soul-soothing cups of tea, so invite a friend or loved one to partake in this small but significant ritual.
In just 10-12 minutes, you'll be cradling a warm cup that's brewed, not just to specifications, but to perfection. So, shall we begin? Cheers!

The sugar is made thick syrup sticking on the vessel Milk is added the cream is removed by filtering Water Is added then tea leaves The tealeaves absorbed the sweetness much Casually we make it and drink it when it is tolerably hot . That is the best and wastage is less
👌👌🤩🤩
This is no tea. Tea has its own flavour.
❤❤
Who r u??❤❤ i love tea m going try it
😋😋
I would prefer normal milk tea which made of only milk, tea leaf and sugar
Yeah coz it's simple and still sooooooo tasty and refreshing 😅
Sadly no one makes a simple cha recipe video. Kindly share if you have
@@shejutibiswas1096 you don't need any recipe for it. I take pre boiled milk (so that it don't have the raw smell), put it on the stove, ad tea leaves, sugar and ginger or elaichi, and then enjoy RUclips shorts for 10-12 min (while the tea is boiling in low flame). And that's it.
It takes 1 min of work and 10-12 min of waiting.
I do it everyday after coming back from work 🤣🤣🤣.
@@sahanurislam2314 then I seriously consider you blessed. Everytime I make cha it’s either too bitter or too milky or too watery.. it’s never the right taste. I love love a hood cup of milk tea but I struggle with measurements for instance how much milk/tea for 2 cups of tea. The videos on RUclips make this process so complicated and time consuming that I loose patience. 😢
I don't know why people like milk tea with masala..
আহা,কি রঙ!!!!
Drinking it right now, I followed the first recipe, it's very good , but I can't really taste the caramel in there, that's the sad bit
Ah, we get it! The caramel in the recipe adds a subtle layer of umami that might be hard to pinpoint but enhances the overall flavor. Thank you for giving it a try and for your honest feedback!
Please make a video for people who's got Diabetes, without sugar or minimum sugar.
Need a perfect raw tea recipe
This might be a good way of preparing for Kheer instead of Tea..
I NOT USE SUGAR. NOR MILK OR CREAM I USE HONEY AND I ADD MY HONER AFTER MY TEA IS BOILED .
Black tea brand name

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇😇😇😇
The third way is, get a half cup of water put two tea bags in there, place in microwave in for 1.30 minutes. Than add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. Khalaas end of tea story
Haha, that's one way to wrap up the "epic tea saga" in record time! The microwave method is like the fast-forward button for tea lovers. But hey, as long as you end up with a cup that makes you happy, khalaas-mission accomplished!
👍👍❤️🫢🫢🫢🫠

unnecessary overcomplication. Boil milk and tea leaves together. Why separate steps... and no need to brown sugar... doesn't add any flavour... yes if you have jaggery you can use it instead for a different umami. 😊
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We totally get where you're coming from with boiling milk and tea leaves together-it's definitely a method loved by many! But when it comes to the science of tea-making, boiling the tea leaves with milk can actually alter the natural flavors and introduce bitterness. This is due to the release of tannins when tea leaves are boiled for an extended period.
As for browning sugar, it's all about enhancing the depth of flavor. While jaggery is a great alternative for a unique umami taste, brown sugar lends its own richness. Plus, by thickening the milk beforehand, you get a creamy texture that's retained even when you add water later.
At the end of the day, what really matters is that you enjoy your cup of tea, however you like it! Cheers!
@@banglarrannaghora wonderful well thought out reply. Really explains what each step is trying to accomplish. Thank you for taking the time to make the video and this detailed answer. Blessings!
This is not the right way to make milk!
