This talk is filled with so many powerful and insightful quotes that I found myself rewinding and actually taking notes! Meg Daley Olmert is an integrative genius who sees things that scientists have ignored for way too long---mostly because she can tie many different fields together in ways that lead to new insights. This overview of the history and potential of the human-animal bond offers an amazingly succinct case for why we NEED to bring animals into our homes, hospitals, schools and cities. Well Done!!!!!

I think the simple answer is to go vegan and recognize that all animals are the same: No discrimination among animals whatsoever.

"The world is not a piece of machinery and animals are not manufactured for our use. Such views should be left to synagogues and philosophical lecture-rooms, which in essence are not so very different." - Arthur Schopenhauer
