I feel like a lot of people (myself included) didn't know about jinjer until this came out. Shit went SUPER viral. I fell in love with this band at one listen. She is just fucking brutal on vocals
This is the best follow-up to Pisces. There is a bit of editing on Pisces as noted in the description, so it is good to get a reality check in concert. And in Who Us Gonna Be The One, Tatiana really shows off what she can do with her growls (spoiler: she goes lower haha) and the whole band always gives 110% on stage.

JinJer is the band that keeps on blowing your mind, song after song. I’d recommend listening to studio versions first, so you can appreciate how tight they are live.
can only confirm what other songs by Jinjer others have suggested here, too. Tatiana is no Floor Jansen in terms of pure vocal ability but she is very versatile and a great growler who can switch voices in a heartbeat. Then there is Arch Enemy - "Nemesis" or "Ravenous" bot LIVE IN TOKYO with Angela Gossow. That little blonde lady from my homecountry of Germany just seemed to grow 2 feet and start breathing venomous hellfire whenever she set foot on stage. She must be some kind of weredemon or whatever...
That was fun. You were really into it. It's great seeing people hear it for the first time. I was like that too when I heard it two years or so ago...I listened to it a lot for a couple weeks, I love it. I got into their other songs too. I kinda like the earlier band a little bit more, but what they're doing now I like too. 😁
Yeah, so after reading in the comments... ...you might want to check Alissa White-Gluz. She's now with Arch Enemy but her earlier work is with The Agonist, I suggest Panophobia. Also try a band called Infected Rain. Lena does a lot of this vocal style too. Mold is a good introduction to Infected Rain. I like Freaky Carnival live at Roche and roll fest by Infected Rain. Some of the female screamers do a mix of clean singing and screaming. The two others I mentioned have worked like Tati does. Some female screamers just do the screaming...of those some of my fav bands are; Nervosa, Cripper, Dehydrated has some really good ones (try Dehydrated Werewolf), Blind Ivy... actually she puts in some clean vocals... and Spoil Engine does too. There's really a lot of talented women doing this. I don't always like all of the bands that come along. Once Human has a really good vocalist but for some reason their work doesn't strike me as much as the others. Thanks.

Floor and Tatiana are two of the most powerful goddesses of metal, but different enough I feel they are more complimentary than competitive. Tati is a beast. She had a couple of months of singing lessons as a kid, but didn't have the discipline to do anything with it until much later. Then at 15 she was shocked hearing Otep growl and inspired to sing metal in various local metal bands, building her clean singing skills. At 18 she started learning growls. Although Otep inspired her to learn he technique, Randy Blythe was a main influence on her growling technique. She practiced growls for 4 years before stating to use the technique in performances about a year before joining Jinjer. The whole band is impeccably skilled. They used to do a cover of Laid To Rest - the upload by NosSam in 2012 has the best sound if you are interested (Laid To Rest starts about 55 seconds in).
If you're on the Jinjer train you gotta react to Captain Clock - Live at Resurrection fest 2018! That show is insane!! Also, her windmill in that show is other worldly.
Awesome, right??? Tatiana and Floor are a couple of bad-ass women in the world of heavy metal! I agree with the suggestion to watch Jinjer's Who is Gonna Be the One live-version. Yes yes yes! This was a live studio session. They got there a little early so Tatiana layed down some support/overlay tracks. Which you should hear. They did this shortly after Vlad joined on drums. They wanted to showcase Vlads playing style. When Tatiana was much younger she sang Otep songs into a pillow then would go out and scream at passing cars. When she was 18/19 she found she could do a Randy Blythe-Lamb of God style and has since polished it.
I Speak Astronomy has a false end that tricks some reactors. I'd also recommend after watching the studio version, switching over to the Resurrection Fest full set and watching how she does the end live - it is a bit different and has a lot more intensity. The false end is right at the 19-minute mark. I'd drop you a link but my comment would go in spam jail haha.

The change of her vocals has a significance, the title Pisces is based off the Horoscope, which is 2 fish. The changes and lyrics basically explain a Pisces' personality, like sweet and innocent 1 fish, but can defend themselves or be cruel when needed fish 2

My Man!!! You got exposed to Tatiana’s dual vocal range...nice. Now that you know what to expect I’d go to their earlier days Outlander...at this point they were a 5 piece band and it isn’t nearly as subdued, but she almost always bounces between clean and filthy vocals Teacher Teacher...one of the newest songs and the message behind it is pretty true to life. The fact that she’s such a focus vocally AND visually (btw different looks in both above mentioned songs) shouldn’t take away from this band. The guitar work from both is great and the drummer is sic as Hell. Hope Jinjer helps your channel, but more importantly, hope YOU enjoy the band, brotha. I’ll be checking you out daily.

Jinjer is really good. If you are looking for girls who rock, try the all girl J-rock band Band Maid. Songs, Real Existence, Play(live), Dice, Don't Let Me Down, or Thrill. They actually have a lot of good songs and can really play. Enjoy.

You got exposed to Tatiana’s dual vocal range...nice. Now that you know what to expect I’d go to their earlier days
Outlander...at this point they were a 5 piece band and it isn’t nearly as subdued, but she almost always bounces between clean and filthy vocals
Teacher Teacher...one of the newest songs and the message behind it is pretty true to life.
The fact that she’s such a focus vocally AND visually (btw different looks in both above mentioned songs) shouldn’t take away from this band. The guitar work from both is great and the drummer is sic as Hell. Hope Jinjer helps your channel, but more importantly, hope YOU enjoy the band, brotha. I’ll be checking you out daily.

Not quite to the same extremes as Jinjer (and I don't understand a word), but I love this woman's voice.
And yes, she is doing The Voice. She went on there to promote the band, hoping to at least get through the blind auditions. She ended up having to ask people to stop voting her as the Winner's Tour she'd be contractually obliged to go on would clash with Slot's own.
