Saw Joe a bunch of times when he came to NJ. The 3 Kings tour in 2015 was awesome. Last time was in New Brunswick a few years back. Took my son with me. He had a private chat session for about an hour with 25-30 of us that paid for the privilege before the concert. Cool guy that had us all laughing about the pot holes his bus had to weave through to get to the venue. We all said 'well, it is NJ". He had 3 autographed Epiphone guitars for sale...bought one for my son. Love when he uses the Tele on Mountain Time. The song always has me close to tears. Love Joe B and all the band members that he has on his tours.
Look at all these clowns standing against the damn stage.. blocking the view of all the patrons sitting behind them.. forcing them to stand, just to view the final 10 mins of the show.. THIS is why my FRONT row Mezzanine tickets are worth the price of admission.. I get to record these amazing videos , without any interference from idiots, and never have to stand ONE minute of the entire evenings performance. SIT DOWN DUMBASSES!!
You should be there to feel the music, not just to record it. Concerts are for you to do what you want, stand, sit, lie down, who cares. I saw Al Stewart in 1985 in Santa Fe while sitting on the ground in a discotheque, great concert. Saw Pink Floyd in a stadium while standing and saw Eros Ramazotti several times while sitting down. But I never went to a concert with the intend to record it, I went to a concert for the music. Maybe you should give that a try as well and leave the camera home.

I go to concerts because I want to feel the music, I want to be part of that and trust me, when you are busy with a camera..........you will hear the music, but you don't feel it.Your mind is not in it, simply because you are too busy holding the camera, making sure everything is OK. You are there, but at the same time you are not. And to demand that others sit down so that you can make a video ? What kind of BS is that ? If people want to stand, dance, sing along, whatever, then they will do that, it is not up to you to prescribe what people have to do. Those musicians are not there for you alone and first and foremost they are there so people can enjoy the music and watch their craft.
