Dumb: Tighten (Doesn't think through terrorizing the city) Fossas (Can only terrorize lemurs and have little common sense) Average: Red Death (Could counter the Vikings and their every move and could control all of her dragons) Vincent, Gladys and Verminator (Could think better but usually resort to intimidation and coercion) Jack Horner (Could collect weapons and use manipulation but kills his own men who are useful to him) Ramses (Could command an army and instill authority) Makunga (May have good manipulation skills however fails to think through his outcomes) College Bound: Trolls villains + Boss Baby villains (Could come up with strategies to beat the protagonists but fall short due to overconfidence) Tai Lung (Could escape a prison flawlessly and instill fear, but underestimates his opponent too much and is too overconfident) Drago Bludvist (Could conquer people flawlessly but does not know when to give up) Brilliant Tzekel Kan (Knows how to manipulate others to destroy a common enemy) General Mandible (Could easily manipulate the colony to almost get killed) General Kai (Could lure masters to take their chi and counter Shifu by using his students to gain his info and use it against him) Lord Shen (Could manipulate Po several times with lies and mind games) Grimmel The Grisly (Manipulated Hiccup to make very regrettable decisions) Death (Easily managed to create a drift between Puss and his new friends and could counter anyone's escape from their demise with precision)
I actually disagree by The Toad’s unlawful imprisonment, I actually assume the rats he froze is most likely mass murder since it’s most likely that they either starved to death or froze to death and it’s probably most likely that they have been frozen for years
Owl house romances healthy to toxic- Healthy💝: Luz X Amity (Reason: They started in the later season to be more than just friends) Decent😟: Raine X Eda (Reason: Though I may wanna ship them as a couple, I really see them more as a dynamic duo.) Toxic💔: Odalia X Alador (Reason: These two had an abusively loveless marriage and should more likely get a divorce.)
The Verminator said that the Depelter was illegal in every state except Texas. At the end of the movie when the blast from it destroys a satellite, you can see that Over The Hedge is set in Indiana.
Actually, I don't think that The Toad would be executed. Since the film takes place in The U.K., and just like a lot of countries in The World, The U.K. has unfortunately abolished capital punishment. Because *apparently:* "cApiTaL pUniShmEnT iS A vIolaTioN oF hUmaN rIgHtS."
He would just get life imprisonment without the possibility for parole and in solidarity confinement. If the UK did still have death penalty, he would truly get excuted.
7:14 but the way she thinks she's above the law and by the way she's acting around everybody and telling to despose those poor creatures as inhumanely as possible, she deserves to be sentenced to prison for one hundred life sentences with absolutely no parole once or ever.
I agree with you. Gladys Sharp doesn’t deserve parole since she was completely self-absorbed over her position as president of the homeowners association and endlessly attempted to terminate the lives of RJ and his friends. Not to mention that she resisted arrest and constantly abused The Verminator, which is aggravated assault. And I think 5 years is too lenient, Gladys should be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison without parole. Just because she’s president, doesn’t mean that she’s above the law. There is such a thing as abuse of power and maybe once she gets out of prison, she should never qualify for any presidential role because of her lack of regard for others’ well beings, even they’re animals.
Out of all the villains that got charged and sentenced in this video, Vincent from “Over The Hedge” is my personal favorite, he is more than just the typical “Grumpy Bear” trope, his goals and accomplishments both in and before the movie surround the idea of Darwinism, the saying “survival of the fittest,” and staying on top of the food chain which makes him relatable and not just a one-note dangerous predator. Heck Vincent would have been a sympathetic or just a circumstantial villain since he was pacified enough to make a deal with RJ instead of killing the latter. He was in the right for being mad at RJ, but his overall temper, grumpiness, gluttony and murderous tendencies made him truly an irredeemable villain. That close shave he got thanks to the Depelter Turbo was well deserved. Despite his irredeemable qualities, Vincent remains as one of my favorite Dreamworks Villains till this day, and “Over The Hedge” should be given more praise than it got in 2006 ☺️☺️☺️🐻🐻🐻
No sir, Vincent was in the wrong for being mad at RJ. RJ can press charges against Vincent all he wants compared to this. I agree with Vincent’s sentence being life in an animal control facility without parole. Much like Gladys, he only cared about himself and believed himself above other animals, including RJ. He basically used RJ as a slave and traumatized RJ with death threats and blackmail and both of those are serious felonies. No more Spuddies potato chips or any other human foods for Vincent. He will only be allowed to eat normal bear food and is strictly prohibited from eating any other animals sentenced to the control facility. It’s an appropriate punishment for this menacing bear since he attempted to kill RJ for no good reason at all. It’s definitely not the circle of life with this sentencing, it’s crime does not pay so we can’t overlook Vincent’s horrible crimes and endlessly throwing the book at him is very necessary.

I was thinking the same thing. But it’s because Gladys resisted arrest and installed an illegal depelter. Just because she’s president of a homeowners association, doesn’t mean she’s above the law. Same applies for The Verminator, except his job is to rid suburban homes of pests, which he unwisely got carried away with, so both of them don’t deserve parole whatsoever.

They don’t just talk about villains being sentenced, they do talk about the heroes. For instance, Luz could get charged with aiding and abetting, but she was manipulated rather than out of malice. So she could either be pardoned or a short time of community service.

Close Enough Good to Evil-
Most Good: Dog Boy
Neutral: Snail
Most Evil: Wyatt & Debra Trickle
Dreamworks Villain Plans: Dumb to Brilliant
I wonder where Megamind would land.
Dumb:
Tighten (Doesn't think through terrorizing the city)
Fossas (Can only terrorize lemurs and have little common sense)
Average:
Red Death (Could counter the Vikings and their every move and could control all of her dragons)
Vincent, Gladys and Verminator (Could think better but usually resort to intimidation and coercion)
Jack Horner (Could collect weapons and use manipulation but kills his own men who are useful to him)
Ramses (Could command an army and instill authority)
Makunga (May have good manipulation skills however fails to think through his outcomes)
College Bound:
Trolls villains + Boss Baby villains (Could come up with strategies to beat the protagonists but fall short due to overconfidence)
Tai Lung (Could escape a prison flawlessly and instill fear, but underestimates his opponent too much and is too overconfident)
Drago Bludvist (Could conquer people flawlessly but does not know when to give up)
Brilliant
Tzekel Kan (Knows how to manipulate others to destroy a common enemy)
General Mandible (Could easily manipulate the colony to almost get killed)
General Kai (Could lure masters to take their chi and counter Shifu by using his students to gain his info and use it against him)
Lord Shen (Could manipulate Po several times with lies and mind games)
Grimmel The Grisly (Manipulated Hiccup to make very regrettable decisions)
Death (Easily managed to create a drift between Puss and his new friends and could counter anyone's escape from their demise with precision)

I actually disagree by The Toad’s unlawful imprisonment, I actually assume the rats he froze is most likely mass murder since it’s most likely that they either starved to death or froze to death and it’s probably most likely that they have been frozen for years
Owl house romances healthy to toxic-
Healthy💝: Luz X Amity (Reason: They started in the later season to be more than just friends)
Decent😟: Raine X Eda (Reason: Though I may wanna ship them as a couple, I really see them more as a dynamic duo.)
Toxic💔: Odalia X Alador (Reason: These two had an abusively loveless marriage and should more likely get a divorce.)
1:44 That Nanna knows Marshal Arts.

2:58 that's right, let mothernature deal with em.

Why does Gladys get a chance of parole but the Verminator doesn't?
I was thinking the same thing. But it’s because Gladys resisted arrest and installed an illegal depelter. Just because she’s president of a homeowners association, doesn’t mean she’s above the law. Same applies for The Verminator, except his job is to rid suburban homes of pests, which he unwisely got carried away with, so both of them don’t deserve parole whatsoever.
