Kids these days, regardless of their first language, are now equipped from their surroundings with tools to help them speak and understand English language proficiently, with many of them able to pick up different accents. RUclips is one of the best tools connecting kids to other languages. I have no doubt that Liza's kids will speak the English language soon.
Pretty soon, the 4 kids will be learning the English language, especially if they talk and play with the Filipino children who knows how to speak English, or if they're in school temporarily, cause they'll be familiar with the English words or maybe the Filipino words that they hear from the people around them everyday, plus Andrei talking to them in English, and reading English books also helps.

Hi Mama Olga. just a tip. When you cook Pasta let the water boil first, add salt in boiling water...the once its boild put the pasta in the water. that way if you cook that way the pasta will be so delicious!
We have seen that the children love to eat vegetables...when you will have your lot there, and for sure it will be big - you can plant as many types of vegetables for your own consumption, so that you will not buy anymore in the market. Matvey said he loves beets ... you can grow that, too. I don't know why beets here are so expensive and only found in the groceries....not even sold in the local market. Maybe, not so many farmers are growing it. And speaking of pizza, you can build your own pizza oven made of stone in your future lot. For me it's okay for the garlic and onion to be burned a little as long as they are still brown. It brings out their flavours that give our adobo the distinct taste. Just ensure to control the fire if you think it is burning quickly.
What we can advise Mama Olga with sauteing the garlic and onion. You may set the fire in low first so it will not burn the garlic and onion. Then you can set it to medium or high flame when you put the meat and sauce.
Hi Liza! Your mom is a lovely cook. (1) Maybe next time she can marinade or pour all the Mamasita Adobo sauce into the meat and leave it for 10-20 minutes. (2) While waiting, she can put the wok/pan on high heat with very little coconut oil wiped allover the pan. Let it heat up for a long time or until all smoke is gone. That will turn the pan into non stick so you need not use so much oil when cooking. (3) She can then sautee the crushed garlic, and chopped ginger (optional) together. After sauteeing is only when meat is added along with whole pepper and bay leaves. Most Filipino dishes are cooked starting by sauteeing first the onion, and garlic. Sometimes and depending on the dish, tomatoes and ginger are included in sauteeing. We do not put the meat ahead of the ingredients for sauteeing. The sauteeing part is what makes the dish more flavorful.😊
