Thanks for the review!
Just ordered this.
Got it installed earlier this week.
Works as expected, really happy with it!
Nice video!
I think the ruggedness of these units are a real issue! These devices would be fine in most autos/trucks and road bikes. The Samsung Tab active and Garmin bike units are designed to take a beating in a high vibration environment. Military grade is necessary and gives a little insurance to holding up in the long term.
That being said, I hope your unresponsive device has an easy fix, like a broken power cord.
Dude this thing is badass! Love the setup. Really good review. Too bad I can’t make one of these work on the sportbike🤣
lol
I like it. Great video
thank you
Adam, enjoy your reviews. Can you do a compare these two to the Chigee AIO-5 Lite ?
Unless it gets sent for free to these kind of reviewers, i highly doubt it as its pretty expensive for what it is. But i too am interested in the Chigee AIO-5 Lite but due to pricing, ive been looking at other alternatives to see if its worth just buying the Chigee.
I'm looking at getting one of those units, but I'm curious about what TPMS sensors you used in conjunction with it. I'd like the sensors to interface with my phone/the Android auto unit like yours. Can you share the make/model/specifications of the valve stem sensors you used please?
This was a very helpful video and it was good to see your experience with the unit.
I bought the cheapest motorcycle CarPlay unit that I could find on Amazon, and it has vibration issues that cause it to power cycle at certain speeds. The display will also go dark if the voltage can’t stay at a perfect 5V, according to the manufacturer. But I didn’t expect much for $100.
What have reliability issues been like for your units? There is a lot of junk out there, and I don’t mind putting down more money for a better product, but it’s hard to tell what is worth it.
Can we change boot logo?
Would you provide a product link, unable to find via a Google search
Hello, I just installed this and I am using Android Auto. Is there any way to increase the scaling of the UI? Everything is to little to read or to press. Resolution is fine, just want bigger Buttons and Text. Cheers!
@@peteknilleknulleknalle8432 I didn’t see an option for increased txt size
I wish there would be smaller devices.
this one is fairly sleek
At this point why arent you just mounting your phone there? Just curious. I am debating on these devices or just using my phone. Have a large phone anyways. So just curious the pint of this vs phone.
There is a possibility all the vibration destroys your phone's camera or even other components.
@@senraXD ahhhhhh. Thank you for the info.
