- What’s happening in this Hellboy movie clip?
Hellboy (Ron Perlman), Liz (Selma Blair from Brown’s Requiem) and Myers (Rupert Evans) lost consciousness and were captured by Rasputin (Karel Roden) and Haupstein (Bridget Hodson). Rasputin sucks Liz's soul out of her body, while Hellboy can't do anything to stop him. Rasputin tells Hellboy to release the Ogdru Jahad in return for her soul. Hellboy awakens his true power as Anung un Rama, causing his horns to regrow, and begins to release the Ogdru Jahad. Myers breaks out of his restraints, subdues Haupstein, and reminds Hellboy that he can defy his destiny, throwing Bruttenholm's rosary to him. Remembering his true self and what Bruttenholm brought him up to be, Hellboy breaks off his horns, reseals the Ogdru Jahad and defeats Rasputin by stabbing him with one of his broken-off horns. However, Rasputin has been possessed by the Behemoth, a spawn of the Ogdru Jahad which bursts out of his body and grows to enormous size.

What’s the movie Hellboy about?
Professor Broom (John Hurt from Elephant Man) works for a secret agency of the American government, whose mission is to control supernatural phenomena that could threaten the security of the country. Among them are Hellboy (Ron Perlman), a red-skinned colossus with great physical power, and Abe Sapien (Doug Jones), a half-human, half-fish psychic. They team up with FBI agents, including young John Myers (Rupert Evans), to fight a murderous creature that has mysteriously appeared in a New York archaeological museum. It turns out that the monster, which multiplies every time it is thought to have been destroyed, is controlled by Rasputin (Karel Roden), a Machiavellian being who plans to plunge the entire world into apocalypse.

It kind’ve reminds me of the teen Titans episode where raven is forced to embrace her destiny and bring trigon to earth. It’s called..THE END part 1.
This is the first time I heard this song. And it seriously gives me chills. It reminds me so much of Hellboy's vision sitting there with the shame of with his 'crown' before a desolate world void of love. That was from Hellboy 2004 when Rasputin meets the professor. Rasputin failed to realize that just as Hellboy had the power to bring about the apocalypse, he also had the capacity to prevent it.
