What will be the amount of churn once client arrives to 100k course revenue they are unlikely to retain your services for long I am betting. That would then require finding replacement course creators. I'd make it structured more like Alex Hormozi where you take an ownership stake in company and then turbo charge it, that way they can't just cut you loose if you have equity in it you will still benefit from its continued growth unlike a agency that doesn't get its contract renewed.

This video shows exactly what great of an entrepreneurial mind Sander is. He sees a need of professionals wanting to create courses and spread their knowledge and now he's supplying it, but that's not all. In his humble persona he understands that he can't serve all of them and shares his view on that with his audience (which probably helped him to get to 6 figures that quick). Furthermore he recognizes a lack of the right platform and produces one himself which meets the exact needs of an IPGA and a professional to launch, host and run a course. Means he creates 2-3 business at once -> his IPGA, his software (which grows due to his YT videos about IPGAs and his own work as an agency) and he could probably sell a course where he can plug his software as well, as the best solution (which it might be) for IPGAs to use or just produce free videos for YT instead of running another course doing the same thing. With that being said, thanks for this incredible video!
That's an interesting perspective. Essentially, it's a SMMA for info products, but you also help them build a course from stratch. I understand that you have the expertise in building info products yourself. How would a person who doesn't have any experience in this (like me) convince another person to build a course for them? Also, do you think that in this business model it would be beneficial to niche down and only make courses on a specific subject? Love your content!
I think he will sell you how to do this and possibly this will be his biggest income. I believe this model has existed for many years, derived from Jeff Walker's "Product Launch Formula".
Excited to see everything you’ve been working on. I’m in your SMMA Academy and I have learned everything from there, but SMMA it’s hard for beginners, because there is a lot of people in the game and most clients already have a marketing team or don’t have that much money to spend. I hope this new model changes things 💪🏼
I don't know what to think.. it just sounds and seems like Iman Gadzhi. SMMA definitely isnt what it once was. However I’ll always take care of my academy members. All existing members are automatically getting free access to the IPGA stuff we’ll release next month. Being a member with us will always pay off. That’s my promise.
something I've noticed with this model, not necessarily a negative but just something to keep in mind. I think It's going to be a much slower decision for clients to make opposed to SMMA - where when doing cold outreach its reasonably common to convince someone they need your service and sign up within 24-48 hours. I sense with this model if your bringing it to a professional as what is a new idea to them they would most likey take way longer before pulling the trigger and may need significant nurturing between the first thought of it and actually committing to it, Again not necessarily a negative but something to keep in mind that closing a lead may take a lot more effect - of course effectively it will reep the rewards :)
Love the video & am a community/course consultant myself. Why should we switch from Kajabi, Circle or Uscreen to Coet? There’s already so many players in the space.
Hey, i understand the Modell and I find it quite interesting. So you say that you handle everything for the client? If I understand it right, you basically provide your own course on how to create a course + you manage there website/platform/funnel + there Ads. Am I right? Does the client record the video by himself or do you also do that? Awesome Video as always! Kind regards from Austria 🇦🇹 ❤
Well, obviously you need to study and get the required knowledge before you can help anyone. Just like any consultant helps clients on growing and solving problems in many types of businesses that they haven't founded/started themselves.
You make a great point. Building courses means designing hours of content that will educate someone in an effective way. There's a reason that teachers have to train. Talking to a camera is not the same as effective teaching. This model is not for beginners or for those with little relevant work experience.
Guys dont panic, winners have a backbone. If you just started your SMMA journey and you're doing well, keep it up. Don't lose focus, you spent a good deal of time learning what you now know, don't discard it just because you start panicking about this
Hello Sander, you provide such a valuable information.😀💪 Do you think is it better for IPGA model to be a platform that host multiple courses which have been created for clients or each client would have his own web page containing its course?
The problem is not the business model, the problem is the person who does that, he has no patience or persistence, the day you realize that he does nothing more than sell courses to scale the business he is talking about
So you don’t do what you advertise. You make Saas. Sell the small for the big. And 100k isn’t easy. The point why it was easy for you is because you have a channel, had a course, had a classic agency, which teaches you the basics of basically everything else. I know you are great at marketing, as you sell the dream, but your not honest enough with your audience as you don’t show them what is truly required.
I actually do exactly what I advertise. I’ve been doing IPGA myself for months now :) Making money with online education is easier than you’d imagine. Yes, personal branding and marketing is a part of it.
Basically helping other creators make courses & make money with it. The problem is that most creators are already able to create courses. And if you make a course with a hairdresser or designer, nobody will buy it because they don’t have an audience. It sounds cool, but not really ‘the next big thing!
It’s very simple, just provide value! He’s probably selling you something like Iman. Smma, AAA, LGA, “IPGA”… it doesn’t matter! Just genuinely provide value to people then they’ll pay! Idk this guy but the numbers he’s giving is accomplishable but definitely not now for a beginner, he just tries to make this “new agency model” sound fantastic so he can eventually when more RUclipsrs has covered the topic sell you on his own course on “how to create an IPGA”. He’s copying Iman’s video style to perfection, well done👏 But let’s be real what’s actually the desired outcome of this video? Other than “helping this generation” like Iman?
I am on It. ready to risk anything because I know it is the future but I don't know where to start actually. so sander please make a video on how to do it just give a rough map on how I can do that. to be honest I am waiting everyday for your next video on this topic. ❤ I hope you see this.. just a teen trynna work his ass off to feed his family ❤💪.
Sander, I am completely confused, these numbers in my head as a "wagie" in Spain make me wonder, How? What did i wrong in my entire life (29 now). I make only 1400 euros a month just found your channel and have no idea of what are you talking about at all....
This is huge, I had this discussion with a friend how everyone is beginning to sell education. Will be really interesting to see where you go with this - will keep an eye out for more! Great idea
Sander, Quick question brother. Running a SMMA and the new type of agency you mentioned is remote and alot of the time work is done from home. Do you ever work from coworking spaces to get around more people? I'm struggling to work from home man.
Hi Sander, There's one thing I don't quite understand. If the golden age of SMMA is somewhat over, and agencies are no longer making profits, what's the point of helping people start an online course for those looking to start an agency (when agencies may not be as effective anymore)? Sure, there might still be a demand, but if people give up on their agency dreams (and possibly had purchased a course), what's the point of helping people start an online course? Does what I'm saying make sense, hahah? I'd love to hear some responses from others if it doesn't! By the way, your content is really useful! Tank you 🙏🙏🙏
+ What's also confusing for me is that in your previous video, you actually say the exact opposite: namely that it's NOT a good idea to start an info product business because it requires a lot from you, especially as a beginner....
well essentially you become the marketing brains for the course, therefore if the course is acquiring members through paid ads, then your paid ads expertise will be crucial to the business - a benefit here is that, in SMMA a client could bounce from one agency to another, in this business model it would be far less likely as why change from one IPGA to another when you've helped them make the course, nobody will know it as good as you. I personally don't think you'll be able to have as many clients with IPGA compared to SMMA, but Client retention in IPGA in my opinion would highly outperform the retention rates in SMMA
You should take a viewer/subscriber (ME) out of the comments and coach them to 10k per month for a video so that you really get someone who is starting from scratch.
Hey sander, This is very interesting business model. I want to try it , but i can't afford it cause i live in Ethiopia. So is there any way i could get the course for free?
What's the problem with selling courses? There's nothing wrong with making money from knowledge - as long as it's the best and creates results - which I'm confident IPGA will - undoubtedly the best online business model of the next few years.
This business model doesn't make sense to me. If you become an expert at helping others build and launch courses ... why not just launch your own courses and keep 100% profits and not just 15%.
Because you can’t just build an online course without having valuable expertise, skills and result to teach around. That’s why I’d suggest learning the process and helping other professionals do it first.
Like that you can get a serious piece of online education profits, before you can actually create one yourself. I’m simply trying to open up the game for you guys instead of keeping you out in the cold.
The video was lit. I personally trying to do SMMA for the past year, work 12-14 hours a day and made $0. I'm from Bangladesh and on a really bad situation so I'm curious about this method.
Millionaires can’t start over fool. They have a perception. A mindset. They no longer come from lack sooooo yeah. Nice but. Nothing to do with having nothing from the start.
I've been creating online courses for a big company now for more than 2 years, and now I know how to create a very good quality online course. I just know nothing about hosting and selling those courses. Your video was very eye-opening, so thank you for putting that togather. Do you have suggestions where to start learning about hosting those materials? Are your clients just putting those on udemy or a similar platform or is it different with everyone?
@@zanderjourney definitely not. 100% that’s what I’m NOT doing. So if you think I’m doing this, don’t worry because I’m not doing it. So yeah, I’m 100% without a doubt not doing it. 👀

Hey Sander when is the ACTUAL course going to be available for use?
Hi Sander,
There's one thing I don't quite understand.
Tank you 🙏🙏🙏
+ What's also confusing for me is that in your previous video, you actually say the exact opposite: namely that it's NOT a good idea to start an info product business because it requires a lot from you, especially as a beginner....
bro you are not only selling to smma owners
IPGA GONNA MAKE HISTORY BROOOOOOOO❤❤❤
Yessir
After the course is created, how can you keep charging 2k per month? Does a course require regular maintenance? And if so, like what?
You charge 2k for marketing the course every month and you also take 15% from the revenue
well essentially you become the marketing brains for the course, therefore if the course is acquiring members through paid ads, then your paid ads expertise will be crucial to the business - a benefit here is that, in SMMA a client could bounce from one agency to another, in this business model it would be far less likely as why change from one IPGA to another when you've helped them make the course, nobody will know it as good as you. I personally don't think you'll be able to have as many clients with IPGA compared to SMMA, but Client retention in IPGA in my opinion would highly outperform the retention rates in SMMA
Eddie Cumberbatch, Renzo, Ibrahim all do this, its not "NEW"
Make a rich person famous or a famous person Rich
Please don’t slack on the videos man I really enjoyed the videos keep going I really want you to move ahead of people on RUclips love the vids
You should take a viewer/subscriber (ME) out of the comments and coach them to 10k per month for a video so that you really get someone who is starting from scratch.
Hey sander,
This is very interesting business model. I want to try it , but i can't afford it cause i live in Ethiopia. So is there any way i could get the course for free?
It called Producing
no fake agenda no fake flex. pure straight up information, knowledge and real talk ! nice !
Guys this good businnes module yes , but he only want’s to sell his course don’t be stupid
What's the problem with selling courses? There's nothing wrong with making money from knowledge - as long as it's the best and creates results - which I'm confident IPGA will - undoubtedly the best online business model of the next few years.
New systems coming 🔥
Please make COET also in polish language, or translate option. You will have 1 more customer :D
How do i scale it?
please keep uploading.
The video was lit. I personally trying to do SMMA for the past year, work 12-14 hours a day and made $0. I'm from Bangladesh and on a really bad situation so I'm curious about this method.
Awesome
What kind of professionals are we talking about to help?

Why the physical business cards?
W video as always
Millionaires can’t start over fool. They have a perception. A mindset. They no longer come from lack sooooo yeah. Nice but. Nothing to do with having nothing from the start.
I hear you - but this is exactly what I’d do if I had to start over from scratch
The best
damn bro you're beautiful
dude just exposed me lmao. gatekeep this bro come on
you doing this too?
@@zanderjourney definitely not. 100% that’s what I’m NOT doing. So if you think I’m doing this, don’t worry because I’m not doing it. So yeah, I’m 100% without a doubt not doing it. 👀
Good video
