Water Temp: 67 degrees

You did get some nice food fish there, basically the same as we do fish for here in Sweden. Walleye is close to our Zanders and the Perch looks just the same.
Where I used to live there was this big creek about 5 minutes walking distance from my house. There were parts of it where there would be baby walleye. I loved going down there with a net and scooping them up and letting them go at the end of the day. I miss that creek.😪

Fished this lake most of my life. It is a difficult lake to find access, but offers some really good fishing! We just got back from filming a walleye trip up there, filled the cooler, they are the best eating. If you go again, I would suggest renting a boat, there are several places where you can do that on the lake. Oh, by the way, the lake is oxygen depleted below 30 feet, so keep that in mind if you go back, not many fish below that depth.

Trout fishing in the creeks and streams up there is amazing. bear creek,mill run,and especially Cassleman river are all great spots. Just look up regulations for cassleman it’s very strict but you catch over 15 every time you go by the bridges

The more I watch these back dated videos the more I hate the googansquad/ favorite fishing. I feel like they are the reason we havent seen any uploads from 1rod1reel...lawyers and paperwork is why he hasnt been posting...just my theory.

That's an interesting theory. It may also explain why he keeps postponing an explanation. We know from when he explained leaving the Googans that he consults with legal representation. I can say (from experience) that public announcements have to be airtight from a legal perspective; one bad statement, and it's a lawsuit.

Heres my theory...1rod didnt move forward with the googan squad and was forced to sign a "no contest " form where he legally couldnt upload videos for 1 year..pretty much the only reason I can think of besides just not wanting to.. #longlive1rod1reel
My thoughts as well. He was obviously well into negotiations with the Googan Squad process when he changed his mind last minute. Would have made sense for there to have been language in the contract saying that if anyone left the squad, they couldn't compete with it.
That makes absolutely no sense, he’s been uploading on and off for the past year and he didn’t stop uploading right after he left
No more like a job using his degree can't go fishing and make vids every week

Theory: Mike Died
Mike died a few months ago and his family has been thinking about uploading the remaining videos he had recorded to reach 1million subs in his honor.
The one last week said it was an upload from Dec. 19th

Best day I ever had at Deep Creek was in January about 2003 it was 2 degrees we caught YP on every hole we drilled all day. They froze instantly as did our hands. Brutal conditions great fishing.

Rock bass are good eating too. I catch em in the marina all the time 8 to 10 inches. If it is too rough or hot to go out in the boat I will keep a pile of them and bluegill. And never say a largie isn't an eating fish. He was small but they are tasty!
