It's okay but not really of that time, more like an imagined version, the rhythm is to quick, the background to far the foreground to near, back then it was just about motion of the vibe.

This was definitely of that time. Take out the lyrics to say Tribe or De La Soul and there you have it! 90s was about chilling too. Just wasn't as clearly expressed in the Chillhop manner but it was there.
