How to use the mizzen to come about, or tacking on the full rigged ship Sørlandet

Tacking the Sørlandet viewed from the aft deck, or the Sørlandet coming about viewed from the aft deck. Note the mizzen is hauled midships when starting to come about then sheeted leeward when on a new tack.

We tacked her three times just for practice soon after leaving New York in (81?), totally knackered us!
