I mean if you want to say technically I can say well the week you get your 3rd sword savage is out so its only 2 before savage :p doesnt really matter cause you need 7 anyway

does combat ever pickup in this? i love throne and liberty and archeage combat yet many people seem to exclaim FF has incredible combat and in my 12 hours of play so far, I can confidently say it is the singular worst combat I have ever played in any MMO so far. I truly dont understand how so many say this is good but games like the 2 I mentioned somehow have bad combat when theyre night and day difference in every factor that makes PVP good.
if your not in Heavensward then you arent going to see anything near good combat, most good fights come in around Stormblood and pretty much everything from there can go from good to great, but yeah 12 hours is nothing
@@maskedryu52 Im trying to give it a fair chance but idk, combat feels really bad, just stand there and press buttons, it's slow, no impact, no countering im aware. mobs just stand there and basically do nothing idk lol. i really dislike all the CDs too, should be able to freecast in MMOs like ESO and others
@@iamisobe you're basically looking for a different combat system in a game that clearly doesn't have it. Its like complaining why a turn based game doesnt have souls-like combat or has shooting. If that's what you're looking for in a game then you're not finding it in ff14 Also mobs in throne, eso and even black desert just stand there and do nothing lmao
@@EurrikkeEdward countless people have said this is better so I was giving it a fair shot. And while sure mobs mostly do, the bosses do not. The very first boss in Throne teleports, has multiple directional and AOE attacks, and moves to counter which throne does incredibly well and it feels good and impactful when perfect blocking, I did the first dungeon in FF today, Salasha I think it was called or something, and it was the most mindless and braindead shit I think I have ever done in a MMO. The people who are so outspoken about FF combat being better are definitely smoking something they should be sharing. To each their own.

And for combat being bad that just isn’t true in my opinion you are literally using 5% of your kit at level 15 which you will get as you go on. Please do not fail to realize that this game has 6 expansions and you are in the first dungeon of the first expansion
Are we getting Savage 2 hours after maintenance ends like we did last tier considering Maintenance doesn't have a set end time?
Technically you'll be getting 3 swords before savage, assuming you do normal mode next reset before you go into savage.
