I wish you would produce a few shows for unionized employees rights. Is it possible for a member to opt out of the union?

Our firm would love nothing more than to extend the support we provide non-unionized employees to unionized workers as well.
Unfortunately, you can't choose to not be represented by the union in a unionized workplace. They are your sole representative on termination matters, even if you feel that they have turned their back on you.

Can I refuse a settlement which was agreed upon with my union and hire your services afterwards?

Do you accept client from Saskatchewan?

Great question. If you have been cut off or denied long-term disability benefits and work/live in Saskatchewan, our firm can definitely help you get compensation. Contact us at www.DisabilityRights.ca to connect with us!
However, if you have an employment issue, we are not able to assist. Our employment lawyers can only help individuals who work in Ontario, Alberta or B.C.
