I miss when Cartoons made you think as a kid, and was like quality animated entertainment I think of Talespin we got good 18-20 minute episodes that had a story, a conflict and a resolution same with inspector gadget.

If she chooses to follow that career, I'd imagine her to be similar to Gracie Hart, from the Miss Congeniality movies. However, from what I could tell helping her uncle complete his missions is not something she enjoys. She just does it because she has to (if she wouldn't do it her uncle would die). Once her uncle would retire, I doubt she would want to have anything to do with police work.

Portable computers of similar dimensions existed back in the '80s, but far less powerful than the one used by Sophie/Penny. What I really wanted as a kid was a communication watch like the one used by her... And now smartwatches are common.

This music stayed with me since I was a kid in the 90s and I still think about it as an adult. 80s synth music has a style which encapsulates that era. Even if you've never lived in that time period, you know what it was like.

Then, when I went to highschool in the 90's most of them started smoking, talking loud, using bad words, drinking, etc. Feminism told them that by doing those things they were "empowering" themselves. I still miss my "Sophie" 😑.

If she were to team up with him then they would be more efficient (she often has to work against both M.A.D. and Gadget, in order to solve the case). It will also be safer for her since she wouldn't have to infiltrate M.A.D. facilities, because Gadget could do it under her instructions.

And, Penny only "lies" to her Uncle in order to help him, keep him alive, and defeat MAD. Otherwise she's honest. She doesn't lie selfishly about petty childhood things.

Capeman is also more annoying than Gadget is (They are kinda like C3PO and Jar Jar in the Star Wars movies - C3PO was a good comic relief while Jar Jar was just annoying). At least Capeman wasn't in every episode of season 2. However, I don't think having Penny and Gadget work together would have made the show better because it would have taken most of the comedy out of it since Gadget wouldn't do anything stupid anymore (apart from having the messages explode in the chief's face). If they did work together I imagine it would be like this: Gadget takes a camera with him and Penny stays at home and tells him what to do over the radio, just like she does with Brain. Where's the comedy in that?
Well, you wouldn't be the first guy to fall for a bright, blonde girl with pigtails who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She'd have your back and then some.
I’m convinced now that this song was Penny’s soul. It’s upbeat yet richly laced with minor key turns and progressive synth. She’s a cute drawing. Add that voice with a bit of rasp, and she’d already be crush-worthy. Then build her character to be optimistic, intelligent, and brave, and you’ve got quite a little hero. But it’s looking at those simple, cartoon eyes while this series of chords is playing that gave her this indescribable depth.
