- We start the build of our two tone tan and brown 1985 Chevy C10. We talk about the story of the truck. We started off this truck build by dropping it a couple more inches all the way around. We use a lowering leaf spring in the rear, and coil spring in the front. After a minor setback, we get the truck sitting how we want it. Stay tuned for part 2. Thanks for watching!

STANCE and wheel combo on point. Looks awesome.
Del Rays are a great call, guys. Gettin' tired of so many squares with Ramblers anymore.
Great stance guys, wheels are perfect.
Thanks
I may be wrong, but i believe that two tone was 1985 only.
K-5 r awesome
Looks great nice stance 👍👍
You guys have such an amazing collection. Can you save some for the rest of us? Lol. I really want a 73-76 single cab short bed. I’d settle for a long bed. If y’all could help point me in the direction of a good deal. I want a very straight body and no rust I can’t handle rust. You guys have such a beautiful collection and I love your videos. Thank you for any help you can offer. Keep up with the awesome content. I had a 73 with a 5/6 lowering kit and a 468. I had tubbed it out and had some big meats in the back to hook up. If I built another one I’d set it up differently because there are so many more options for suspension . I’d go for something more balanced now so I could do more of a pro touring set up. Good brakes and good suspension with some grip. Again thank you guys for the amazing content and ideas.
Truck looks sharp! Front wheel just 20x9 with no backspacing? Stance/wheel combo is perfect.
this 2 tones here in Canada call "wrangler" option! ;)
That’s awesome. We haven’t heard that before.
Just got a 85 same truck same zy6 paint scheme
Nice find guys. What size tires did you put on those Delray wheels?
Front-255/45r20
Rear-295/40r20
@@milfordbrothers what would you say the total drop front and rear is, for this tire set up? I have these wheels coming and ordering tires soon. any rubbing at all? did you have to roll the fenders?
Really dug this video fellas. Just a word of advice take it or don't. It's hard to hear y'all because you talk low and sometimes a little mumbled (I talk the same way). It may help to speak up and more directly. Loved the content, keep it up you got a sub.
Looks great. What size tires did you use front and rear?
Edit: Found it in part 3. Thanks. Front: 255/45/20 & Rear: 295/40/20 with 5.5" BS
I just recently found your videos. Love the content . I was wondering about lowering springs. L was under the impression that lowering springs change the alignment of the front suspension is that true
It can effect the camber and the tow, I would get an alignment on it. Thanks for watching the videos👍
Hey uall what's with the 70 Chevelle silver and black....Were y'all from ....South Carolina.......thanks
Where's the leaf springs from: Western Chassis?
Yes
I have a question I have an 83 C10 would you put the rim and tires on before deciding which drop kit or how much you would like to lower it I would like to have my tires just about even with the fender
What size drop did y’all go with?
what is the part number for the rear leaf spring and what company thanks
