I don't believe you can hear clearly, because this is a voice recognized as a treasure in Norway and most of the world, too. I have studied voice and heard soprano voices from all over the world. She has performed with world talent for over 20 years. You know not what you speak. She can carry her voice with many a soprano and teams with voices that are humbled by her clear tone, delivery, pitch, lung capacity, and octaves that surpass metso soprano.
i'm not going to bother with beautiful adjectives, or flowery sentences to describe the singing of Sissel,,, lets face it, this is; hands down; the finest singer on the planet in the last 100 years. Before Sissel was born, the angels took turns coming to Earth to prepare the way for her ~
This photo is from Sissel's 2006 albums, "Sissel -- De Best, 1986 to 2006;" the recording itself is from her 1989 album, "Soria Moria." There is a spectacular video, with this same recording titled "Sissel - 1989 - Se over fjellet - Climb Every Mountain," which must be one of the best music videos every. And that was part of an incredible 1989 television program on Norwegian television titled "Sissel selv." I am 73 and never listened to music until about a year ago when I watched the 2001 recording of Sissel singing "Shennandoah." When I heard that, I started searching for more of her work. Fortunately, there are plenty of Sissel videos posted here on RUclips. I read the occasional critical review of Sissel, and the person posting the criticism might be right. But…I know what I like, and what I like is Sissel. I think she is fantastic.

I was a Sissel fan many years ago, but I'm not any more. She is not a real soprano, she is a crossover - her head range is small and her top is terrible and max at a C3 - her breast voice is like an amateur, which she probably is awear of, because she never sing in breast - she has a crystal clear voice, but singing technique is ruining her voice - the mellow and soft voice of her comes from not using her natural power when singing, but magnifying it by means of electronic equipment and power.

One of Sissels talents is that no matter how often I listen to her I get goosebumps!! And in some songs, tears well up. She is truly Blessed
