In a AC/DC coupled solar system in a grid up condition the neutral ground bond is in the MP and the essential load panel is a sub panel?
In a grid down condition the MP is isolated, where is the neutra/ground bond ?

Neutral/ground bond only occurs in service equipment per 250.24(A)(5).
