In the lab for our Art/Science Residency in Vienna.

Day two of our art and science residency at BOKU University in Vienna. As well as learning about the research taking place, we had a quick lab tour and saw one of the incubator rooms where yeast samples are grown. It was a cosy 25°C, and smelt of fresh yeast - not unpleasant.
Afterwards we got a bit to eat and went to an art opening with our friends Bettina and Patrick.
Then onto a lovely wine bar that was very friendly and had some great wine. Recommended.
