Safety glasses would help when sanding. Also your vary fortunate to have a Dad with lots of patience to teach you these things.

My factory stock 77 cj5 has never really needed the stabilizer but has one with over 300 000 miles but my 71 with lift and 31. 10 50 tires seems to need it. Good video.
