At my house. I chop a lb of bacon and fry it up. Then whip up to 16 eggs ( 1 slice of bacon to 1 egg) and pour directly onto the bacon It's the best way to feed a crowd

You had me...then you lost me...PICKLES?! OMG, PICKLES?! This, as we say here in parts of the U.S., "ain't", a delicatessen sandwich!! I am on board with the rest though.
Forget the pickle and mayo, and add a slice of you favorite cheese. I do it all the time. Delicious!
I would replace the pickle with a slice or rwo of beefsteak tomato and slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese. Yum!
And make sure that bacon is done!
