hi, Yes the front is a bit higher, we designed it that way for couple of reasons. 1. for the rain water to slope much quicker 2. to give a certain volume between the zincs and the ceiling. Because if that volume is too small and you have aircon installed. in summer, it will feel like you are in a zinc shed. And it might not good for your health. It will make you sick. etc. so we carefully raised the Parapet walls but not too high, just to maintaining the budget topic. also to be careful not to make the parapet walls too high, otherwise you will end up needing an engineer for the house to be safe. Because the walls will too have
