Love the fact that he never forgets the team and everyone who has backed him. I can already hear the chant of his home crowd in the Finnish forest at the next rally. 'Kalle, Kalle, Kalle.......' 🏁🔥🔥🔥🏁
Safari rally is a challenging and difficult place for cars, not drivers. Great competition. Drivers' skills and competence are measured in Finland, which is the fastest rally. Of course, all rallies are great to watch.
I think he already is. Seven wins in one year. He had a good teacher though! His dad Harri used to drive there too and thought him since he could walk :)
Finnish World Champions! Markku Alén: 1978 (FIA Cup) Ari Vatanen: 1981. Hannu Mikkola: 1983. Timo Salonen: 1985. Juha Kankkunen: 1986, 1987, 1991, 1993. Tommi Mäkinen: 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999. Marcus Grönholm: 2000, 2002. and Finally Kalle Rovanperä 2022!
+ few. It was pretty boring when the two french guys were winning all and not talking about Didier Auriol. I think Kalle has the chance to be the greatest of all time. Hanaa vaan Kalle!!!!
@@Sotapoliisi You mean Henri Toivonen? Henri Toivoniemi is Finnish floorball goalie. Maybe he could have been on the list, but then again the same could be said about my deceased pet hamster. He never drove a rally car in his life, but he could have had everything required to become a world champion if he had the chance. We'll never know.
RovanPerä in Talen for sure, but lets be Honest it is Toyota win, Toyota is so much better than other cars right now so it dosent matter how good other drivers drive they cant compete. Only Evans could have fighted with Kalle but decided he will not, Tänak had no change at all couse mostly he fighted with his car, you can watch average speed thought stages. Good Win for Kalle, but Give Neuville or Tänak Cars that can compete and it would not be that easy. OK Neuville realy dont like Speedy roads like Rally estonia and FInland, but can still make good results with good car. But hunday is so broken right now, that this is foremost a win for Toyota not for Kalle. Ofcouse in Good feeling to rise trophy over to head, but behind that is always feeling have you earned it fairly or you just had no competition.
Overally i think RovanPerä will be big thin in 5 years if he can keep his head cool and there is also hope for Katsuda, but right now as skill and experiance Tänak and Neuville are still Dominan Forces in WRC.

"I have to take my hat off to Kalle"
That's good sportsmanship :) I hope he can find better pace on the next events.
Would be nice if there were one or two more manufacturers in WRC.
Well, to be honest, that statement could apply to almost any other car sports there is.. :/

How many more rallies will Kalle win this season? 🧮
👍👍👍👍👍

What.s amazing is that he's got an almost 3 race point lead after only 7 races!
The rest of the DECADE? is that a fair assessment at this time? lol
He is a smart guy so he will only push when needed so i say 3.
Or maybe the rest of them :)

Rovanpera won the safari rally, that's the hardest rally competition.
All the best to him.🙌

A Finn... saying, "Finish him." To his rivals.... Okay cringe joke, but it served its purpose!!! lol
I hope Kalle will have much success in Toyota!
Kalle Rovanpera !!
The Next Great Driver...🤠

@@vaenii5056 yeah, got confused with those two :D
Ogier: I have to clean road
Kalle: Watch how it's done
The best rally coverage as always 👌
Kalle Rovanpera is an absolute driving phenomena
I thought about a new rule, once a driver wins the championship, he needs to choose one of the other manufacturers to compete.
By the time Kalle retires, he will have more WRC championships than Loeb and Ogier.
Combined.
Are Europeans going to sell electric cars in places like this? Buy a Toyota hybrid car. It won't break
🏆🏆🏆👍🇺🇲🙏
Thank you for sharing .
fix the interview audio. cant hear a word.
What the heck. The young man keeps winning. I'm not complaining though, since he's bringing the championship back to Finland.
Thanks Rove you have done it again.👏
