ശരിയാണ്. ഞാനും ചോളത്തിന്റെ ഉപ്പുമാവ് കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 5 മാസം ചോളവും 5 മാസം ഗോതമ്പിന്റെ ഉപ്പുമാവും ഉണ്ടാകും. ചോളത്തിന്റെ Taste ഒന്നു വേറെ ലെവലായിരുന്നു. ഒരു മധുരം കലർന്ന രുചിയായിരുന്നു നാട്ടിൽ വച്ച് ഒരുതവണ ചോളപ്പൊടി വാങ്ങി റെഡിയാക്കി നോക്കി. പഴയ ഒരു രുചിയും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.
വീണാ ഞാനും സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും ആരും അറിയാതെ കഴിച്ചിയിട്ടുണ്ട് 😀വീട്ടിൽ നിന്നു വഴക്കും കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നു പിന്നേ ഒരു നുറുക്ക് ഗോതമ്പ് കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉപ്പുമാവും കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു. അതും വളരെ ടെസ്റ്റീ ആണ്. ഞാനും കുറേ അലഞ്ഞു ഇതിനുവേണ്ടി but no രക്ഷ. പിന്നേ ദുബായിൽ ഞാൻ താമസിക്കുന്ന ഇടത്തിൽ ഒരു കടയിൽ നിന്നു നുറുക്കുഗോതമ്പ് ഓണത്തിന് പായസത്തിനുവേണ്ടി വാങ്ങി. അതിന്റെ ബാക്കി കൊണ്ട് ഒരു ഉപ്പുമാവ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു കഴിക്കാൻ. റസിപ്പി വേണേൽ തരാം. സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും കഴിച്ച അതേ രുചി ആയിരുന്നു. 👍👌
