@@JessePaiz-ys7kr Average of 10 years. If you are a wrestler or have black belt in Judo you can do it in 5 years. And if you live on the mat and train 8 hours every day you can do it in 3 years with previsous experience in wrestsling/judo. If you train 2 times per week with no previous experince, are older than 30 when you start and get injuries along the way then it will take 12-15 years.
Awesome content brochochos. Figured I would leave a comment to help the algo. and say submeta looks nice! I wish you all the success and happiness you guys can handle. 🍻
Craig when are you dropping the podcast with Master Splinter (Volk's Coach), have been looking forward to that as it would be a great podcast. Master Splinter is funny.
Ik im no expert but during the first submission if the guy in the red rash guard rolled to his back he could’ve been able to defend better a posed to being in turtle
I have a long history of staning combat sport. I still cant comprehend how guys like Jay Rod and Nik Ryan don't have the black, but yet some other students earned theirs. This puzzles me about this BJJ art. Wow.
I think BJJ belts (especially in more traditional gyms) are more closely tied to knowledge acquisition and application than absolute performance. If you know everything is to know about BJJ, but you're physically small, you are still going to lose to someone who outclasses you badly in size and strength. It's not magic.
@@isthatjakewith bjj knowledge as a small guy you would def put a heck more of a fight and would be able to break grips and run away easier than someone untrained. Bjj has a lot of parts to it, from escapes to run away to hardcore attacking mode. I think it’s best to put it all under the umbrella of grappling tho
@@michaeladonts9780 my point was more that there is a separation between being a black belt and someone who wins matches. Plenty of black belts out there who could lose to people in the intermediate division of ADCC.
i dont think his point is about untrained people, put a fresh 220lb athletic purple belt vs a 150 lb hobbyist brown belt, they gunna get smashed even if theyve got years more mat experience @@michaeladonts9780
wait a second if someone.. doesnt matter the belt or grappling/wrestling rank CAN submit craig jones does he give them a black belt? i wonder if someone from b team has submitted him maybe nicky rod but nicky is a brown belt?
It really sucks that in Australia we don't have wrestling. I'm stoked some of our bjj schools have a wrestling teacher but it's not like America where there's a lot with different skill levels. So we can find a good wrestler for our standards or we will have an elite wrestler swing through. That's our two types. I think we would not have to rely on a f*ck wit like Craig Jones to fly our jiu jitsu flag.
Looks like they were just moving out the way for the others rolling. However if it was a submission it's a anaconda choke. But he didn't have it locked up just a shallow one
I love the 15 sec cutaway promos of butt Rod telling us to like and subscribe and that he “appreciates” it. I’m fully confident butt rod can not spell “appreciate.” Prove me wrong b-team
Craig you giving a black belt isn't as special anymore as all I have to do is go to your seminar and pay you $2k. I'll get a black belt and a picture with you and I have never done BJJ before.
No gaps, no wasted movements, hyper creative. Craig has sensational jiu jitsu for the 2nd best guy.
not my daddy but my step daddy
3rd best now. Meregali is the junior King
Its always cool to see someone get their black belt after a long hard journey thats a hell of a accomplishment
Gives me the warm and fuzzies
Is there a set time it takes to get a black belt? Or does it vary amongst players? I'm new to bjj.
@@JessePaiz-ys7kr you said player so you def watch jon videos. This feels like a trap
Nice rolls

Craig has been loving the one handed Uchi Mata counter lately. It is a nice way to slow down the wrestling grind for the single leg
17:55 The transition from front head to the single, then to RNC finish is crazy 🤯
4:40 craig jones uses so much from folk style, it looks so different to everyone else's jiu jitsu
This feels like a promo for the Power Ride instructional, bro used every single control in there
Cj is a grandmaster wizard
Hes 2steps ahead of every move and smooth! Amazing to watch even as a non jitsu practitioner
10:33 that transition was so clean by Craig to bait the escape, to go to armbar attack then to kimura
10:42 transition from armbar to triangle is nasty
Watching Craig against bigger dudes is the best, I feel like I learn 5x as much.
Craig's chain wrestling is so clean.
14:10 foot sweep is smooth
Gordon may be the best , but stylistically craig has a crazy hybrid style that is so innovative
He’s guarding that number two headband real good.
The music playing during his 2nd roll was lit
I love B-Team! I will visit the gym one day-its on the bucket list; )
Love to see Craig work on his Single! Now if he combined his low single from de La riva, his game would be complete.
@MilkTankz there's no need to cry white belt people like discussing ideas, you'll understand one day
10:50 that triangle armbar is a beautiful display of a dilemma
14:14 nice foot sweep
The makhachev special
That S mount to knee bar was smooth!

so Craig pulls guard now !!!!!! WOW
Thank you 🙏
3:08 I like how he chose to get in that position 🤔
its so good to see !
Music sounds a lot better. Nice work

@MilkTankzI just rolled off your mum so I'm good mate
What is the belt for if you don’t wear it?
Craig is too slick
I wonder how many hours & days Graig Jones has on the mat to get to his level he lives and breaths Jiu Jitsu
If craig is in thailand, i need content with bobby and the degle!
Bali MMA 4 life!!!!!
GJ is a fucking wizard at his craft
Gayg Jones
@@Longarmshortarm you have a point
Craig did you get to roll Scott Carpenter?
6:00 whats up with nicky rods head?
yall considered franchising the b-team brand ?
So I guess Craig isn't doing ADCC this time around? Anyone know?
I heard he's done with competition
If the price is right...
where can i get that rashguard craig has on in this? Yellow/black is the colour of the hometown rugga team.
@MilkTankz fuck I'd have a sniff of his gruts for sure bro. post roll obviously
He looks big 😅 great roll!
My screen is fogging and on his stand are growing molds and lichens !
is Joe Craigs third black belt after Lachlan Giles and Kit Dale?
What is the belt for if you don’t wear it? Asking for a friend.
I thought it was Jozef Chen who would be awarded his black belt
Ik im no expert but during the first submission if the guy in the red rash guard rolled to his back he could’ve been able to defend better a posed to being in turtle
Cool room
Jones is the apex on trt
The armbar to triangle was disgusting people of the world this man can't keep getting away with this who will stop this villain 😭👨💻🌍

yes i am autistic
He only promotes based on autism levels, if you are autistic enough he will give you an black belt immediately, no training needed
What song was that in the beginning?
Purple Pills - D12
I think its by Mr. Bond?
Craig is relentless…he can roll for hours, same strength it seems
Australian jiu jitsu
No Nicky Ryan? I guess his mum didnt sort his passport in time :(
🐐
Just started the video to see Craig doing some dagi shit hahahaha
D12 in the background is savage haha
Monstered:)
craig out here commiting hate crimes
How do you get certified to give black belts
Purple pills playing while Craig rolls is appropriate.
d12 playing in the background??? sick

Schultz choke

This is correct. I paid 4K and got two black belts from him in Iceland recently to become the first double black belt in my country
No way! I paid 5k for a blue belt.
2nd best grappler in the World and you attack the *taped* elbow Craig, really!??
Racial abuse. 😂
@MilkTankz Craig jones was being racist. I'm upset. He shouldn't be trying to win.
so just some giant 4 stripe white belts
