I had no idea you had a second channel! Nice! Since my PC’s on death’s door, and I’m still figuring out Morrowind Modding! This’ll be nice to watch alongside nightly writing!😁
Your playstyle is perfect for interior developers - all the meditations over tiny details found in buildings/ships makes people who invested days of work into that so happy. Specifically, Aveno is the one who's made the Nordic Kaagh in 2023 you start your video in. The first ship of this type in Morrowind/the game. While Silvone made the interior of Princess Morgiah you explore so closely. It's also a fresh addition to the mod despite the fact that Old Ebonheart itself is 6 years old. The first quest you stumble into, the Nord asking you to fetch his prospect mining partner, was made by Ronik last year, and as you understood, gives you a plot bridge to visit the newest settlement of Hlan Oek. The dialogue is pretty fun in that one. While the Thieves Guild questline was developed by Rats who is famous for writing elaborate character-driven stories. I hope you'll enjoy it. In fact, all Thieves Guild quests in TR are excellent. I also hope that it doesn't spoil anything for you. Speaking of Alni, the sailor lady from the Padomaic Isles you meet on the ship. She is in truth an Ynesai - tan-skinned people of the archipelago of Yneslea - the middle of the three Padomaic archipelagos. Their people are the descendants of the men of Akavir who've ran away from the genocidal tsaeski of that continent long ago. I believe, there should be some dialogue that opens Ynesai race topic to discuss it with the NPC. The people of Keptu-Quey though that you've mistook Alni for are the denizens of the westernmost Padomaic archipelago, Cathnoquey. They are not Elves but humans, and you can meet some in Firewatch. But they share close cultural bonds with an Elvish race of Chimeri-Quey who dwell on their flotilla-cities around the archipelago. Even though both peoples are biologically different, they consider themselves the same nation. Sorry if I'm sounding overcorrecting. I'm just enjoying picking up this lore moments as an excuse to discuss it with you. Thank you for starting a playthrough!
Not at all, I love all the info! Today I progressed in the thieves guild and it's so amazing! Challenging since I'm playing a knight class but so rewarding.
About time we start a proper Morrowind playthrough. I moved my character to Old Ebonheart right after exiting Census Office in Seyda Neen, so it looks like I arrived with this ship. We're going to explore Tamriel Rebuilt and chill, but I'll also revisit Vvardenfell at times. Some of you may remember my Nord character Gueric White-Hands from the Morrowind Chill series I did about year ago on my main channel. I recreated same char becauase I never gave it a proper ending. Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe as I gonna post all my playthroughs on this channel (and some other content in future). - Alek
Hahah, seen any elves? Cause we're in Morrowind and they are everywhere, surrounded by elves. It's like standing drenched in pouring rain with someone and asking them if they think it's a bit wet maybe.
Awesome! I watched some episodes of your other playthrough. It got really interesting at the end in Skyrim with this huge ruin, unfortunately it ended there (because of the mods I know). I'm glad you started another one and that I get to watch this from the beginning. Have fun!
Old Ebonheart TG questline is one of the best questlines in the mod IMO. It may only be topped by few (ex. Andothren TG so I recommend playing through it next!)
@@BoreanPlaysAs I've watched the full episode Andothren Fighters Guild might be the best pick for you to discover dunmer and great house lore, it's mindblowing honestly how much effort went into creating and writing it
Pretty sure the seen any Elves joke is because youre in Morrowind, so there are damn Elves everywhere. Kind of like going into a bar and saying "They got any booze in this place?"
Yes! And I think the laugh at the end really sells it. Like a dad joke. It's not a joke for your benefit, it's for their benefit. So long as they crack themselves up they're happy with life 😂
No, I add them during post processing. I originally play without music but it would be probably too boring for viewers so I decided to add few tracks here and there.
Keep ‘em comin. Love Old Ebonheart

I've been house scouting in Tamriel Rebuilt for my tes3mp server. It has been hard to find a place, but you are making me consider Old Ebonheart.

great start to a new series, I will definitely be following this one!

Alek, it had to be you to start our favorite game where the real action is; Tamriel Rebuilt!
It's the best!
I also want to thank you specifically for your clean speech. Swearing-free content is very important to me personally
I appreciate it too. There's another Morrowind content creator who'd start swearing every few words, so I stopped watching
Oh damn, Old Ebonheart thieves guild, this is gonna be guuud
Battlespire is an artificial aetherial object.
This is gonna be a great series I can feel it already.

Thanks, I'll be visitting Skyrim again.
Good first ep, excited to see the thieving knight's adventures in the mainland!

All Andothren questlines are great tbh, I recommend every single one of them lol
@@sashiaivanow367 I'll try! Never played a stealthy, thief character so it's going to be challenging but I want to experience the questline.

"Ahh yes another......wait where's the prisoner? Old Ebonheart?!"
Oops! :)
Great stuff like always Borean
Thanks!
You are finally awake!
It's been a long slumber!
I think the joke about seen any elves is because they must have not came from morrowind so they are just joking because elves are everywhere here
You nwah!
Hey mate! Are you on vanilla or Openmw? What sounds mods are you using? etc puting on you cloth or walking/opening doors etc etc? :D
It's vanilla mgexe, sound mods are AURA and CSO, both are found on nexus. They will cover everything. Cheers!
Are the added SFX and tavern sounds part of a mod?
No, I add them during post processing. I originally play without music but it would be probably too boring for viewers so I decided to add few tracks here and there.
Oh cool! @@BoreanPlays
