Starfield Chill (ep2) - Space cowboys and creepy aliens | 2K/60FPS
#starfield #starfieldletsplay #bethesda #letsplay #gaming
Today I delved deeper into the game as I completed second stage within the main questline. It's basically a 3 in 1 job, consisting of rescuing Barrett from the pirates, going on an expedition with space cowboy Sam Coe and finding more of those mysterious artefacts. Also, we meet Andreja.
To be honest, I'm having lots of fun so far. I started bit cautious due to negative reviews but it's been nothing but good old fashioned fun and exploration. A typical Bethesda game, if you will, nothing more, nothing less.
Some NPC interactions were bit childish though, almost comical, like the "dreams vs science" argument between the Constellation ...

#starfield #bethesda #gaming #games #letsplay Starting a proper Starfield let's play. Pure blind playthrough. Started little bit awkward but I'm still new at this game and every beginning is bit awkward. Goal is to explore the world, discuss lore and random details while having fun. Morroboomer plays STARFIELD | First Impressions
Просмотров 2864 месяца назад
#bethesda #starfield #gaming #rpg This is my first impression of Starfield, many months after its release. The reason I forgot about it is because my laptop can barely handle it, even in low settings, and recording through OBS on top of that, makes a proper playthrough nearly impossible. So I haven’t even had it installed until now. Today I managed to record couple of hours of gameplay, coverin...

#morrowind #tamrielrebuilt #bethesda #elderscrolls #gaming #rpg #gameplay In today's special episode we visit the dusky little town of Aimrah. It started as a casual exploration, but it soon turned into a huge mystery solving adventure. It's one of the best quests I've encountered so far in Morrowind, and it happened right here by the great lake Andaram. Anyone planning to play it on their own,...

#bethesda #elderscrolls #tamrielrebuilt #morrowind #gaming #rpg Maybe my favorite episode so far; felt like the good old days, just questing and having fun. Today we go through an ENTIRE Thieves Guilld saga in the beautiful, rainy Andothren. True RPG experience with lots of choices (and consequences). This episode is barely edited and without music; I usually edit in few tracks here and there b...

#bethesda #morrowind #tamrielrebuilt #gaming #elderscrolls #rpg Today we left Old Ebonheart and visitted Almas Thirr, redesigned, extended and remade. I quested for the Fighters Guild, good way for some leveling up; tasks were simple but they took me all over Aanthirin region, so lot's of walking, exploring and sidetracking. I like the character of Ja'Basska, morally gray khajiit questgiver. Af...

#bethesda #elderscrolls #morrowind #tamrielrebuilt #gaming #rpg Yeah, my face cam messed up and I was bit out of the view. Won't happen again. I also need to work on better lighting. Technical difficulties aside, today we had some free roaming adventures. I decided to "take a break" from serious questing and do a job of finding a missing person in Hlan Oek. A task given to us in the very first ...

#bethesda #elderscrolls #tamrielrebuilt #morrowind #rpg #gaming Episode 5 is finally here. Took me couple of weeks to recover from a terrible flu and as you can see/hear, I still sound and look very drained and weak. This episode is lightly edited, it's pretty straightforward as I reach the grand finale of Old Ebonheart's Thieves guild questline. It's epic! Thank you for watching and stay tuned...

#bethesda #elderscrolls #morrowind #tamrielrebuilt #gaming #rpg It's been 9 or 10 days since the last episode and whole week of me having a nasty, stubborn flu (which is why I couldn't record earlier). #morrowind #elderscrolls #bethesda #rpg #tamrielrebuilt I should probably keep these episodes shorter BUT Thieves Guild questline is too much fun. In today's episode I raid some Nord's home (and feed his hungry wolfdog), infiltrate noble's private birthday party in one of the most fun quests I've ever done, join a deadly rival gang as an undercover agent AND... finally do some dungeon questing!...

If u need a cheap easy heal spell you can always just make a new spell with someone that offers that service.
I wonder if Recall or Intervention would have worked to escape the tomb of the empress without hand over the mask…
I haven't tried it yet myself but I know my brother found it enjoyable and so far it looks fun from watching here.
For all its flaws, this game was fun! Though it’s hell on a computer, that’s for sure! 😂
It takes lot a of time for youtube to process it to 1440p, sorry about that.
i'm very curious to see how you end up feeling about the game, especially with the almost impossible to avoid coverage of Starfield if you follow Bethesda to any degree
He kind of looks like Leon from the resident evil games
I played a lot of RE2 and RE3 back on playstation and Leon was my favorite,, could be my subconsciousness recreating that character lol.
One thing I didn't realize on previous videos was that they do have some Redoran areas. A few outposts and the Redoran Watchman full armor is so cool.
can we petition to get Gueric a cameo appearance in the next TR update?
You absolutely have to play through the Almas Thirr Mages Guild now, the last mission, I won't spoil, but you'll hate it and love it at the same time!
29:45 you can actually buy a pack guar there at the stables in Old Ebonheart! :D
15:49 amos? how'd you get here?
i think that ancestral tomb tourist quest is level scaled, when i let them keep the amulet, 6 greater bonewalkers spawned and were practically impossible to deal with because of how fast strength got damaged
This will be fun to see. I've only watched clips but never seen much of the game yet. I haven't got it yet myself but have heard some good and some bad. It's always best to judge for oneself imo though
I'm having lots of fun with it, maybe even too much as I should be working on Morrowind videos for main channel. I'm not even doing a main quest, just messing around taking in-game photos and it's fun exploring. I'll save the main gameplay for a playthrough once I have better gear.
Great to see more people giving Starfield a real chance! To me it's like every Bethesda game: it has weird quirks, flaws and bugs but it's still super fun to just immerse yourself into the world. Plus, with the new DLC coming out + the Creation Kit, its only going to get better.
Modding potential will be off the charts, there's so much space and potential. I'm already picturing some long forgotten small communities left alone on some remote planets/moons, living a weird pseudo-medieval lifestyle among the ruins of moss-covered technology, worshipping/sacrificing to some giant alien creature seen as a local deity. Sort of a space gothic lovecraftian storytelling with it's own twisted folklore. Well, that's something I'd love to build lol.
Kathelomar hat reminded me of one you can get in island of stirk mod. I won't spoil anything but just that a pirate had a really cool outfit with a similar hat/turban my character wore a lot on my last playthrough.
Just found this channel through the Tamriel Rebuilt Discord server. I’ve been a huge fan of your main channel for a while but didn’t realize you also do lets plays over here. Subscribed!
Thanks! Didn't realize my channel was shared on TR's discord 😅
@@boreanknight I do share every episode of your TR playthrough : ) other people too
Just caught up on this series and now I can’t wait for the next episode!
20:34 not sure, but I think that Molag Bal was their cheif diety back when there was the powerfull Dreugh empire, before they fell from grace and became barely more than beasts edit: yeah that book later on confirms it
The Aimrah quest was indeed very much inspired by Lovecraft's Shadow Over Innsmouth! Glad you liked it, it might be my favorite quest that I ever made. Thanks for these playthroughs, they're super chill and fun to watch
Hey, I think you wrote some of my favorite quests in Tamriel Rebuilt and Morrowind in general. :) Truly a pleasure playing through your content and hope to see much, much more! You captured the very soul of Morrowind in your writing.
@@BoreanPlays thanks, really appreciate it 🙏
Hey Borean, I noticed that when I filter YT for Tamriel Rebuilt, your awesome let's play won't show up. Maybe consider adding (Tamriel Rebuilt) to your video title for more engagement. Cheers!
Thanks for the advice, I'll do that!
What a fascinating quest. I'm completely blown away at the quality of storytelling, down to the morbid twists and turns: investigating the Marvus family, discovering poor Jebyn's amputated corpse, Ulvo Telvor's horrifying 'transformation', and Ivon's situation at the end. I appreciate the take on Lovecraftian Horror, but especially how they tied it to the Elder Scrolls setting by connecting it with the Arnesian War and expanding on the mysterious nature of the dreugh. It is impressive the amount of thought and detail the TR devs put into this mod. I'm very excited to see more, especially after the Thieves Guild quest - which I also greatly enjoyed. Such interesting quests you have explored so far in this playthrough. Also, I somehow missed 'Shadows under Aimrah' in my own TR playthrough. My only experience of Aimrah was the quest to eliminate the rats in Gila Mundrano's apartment, which I could not finish because they had a powerful amount of health and I was a puny level 4 character who, despite many reloads, could do absolutely nothing about that situation. It didn't help that they regenerated the majority of their health the second I landed an attack ... Thus, I had to abandon that quest until my character was strong enough. (I did feel a little envious seeing Gueric White-Hands make short work of those rats though. :D) And thank you for these videos, by the way. My fiancé and I are big Morrowind fans and we love watching this series together. I greatly enjoy your commentary - your appreciation of every detail, large and small. Sometimes it's more enjoyable than playing through the game myself!
Thanks so much! It's easy to miss it out because it's only mentioned as a rumour from a single NPC in the tavern or if you talk directly to the priest. I'll never look at the dreughs the same again, they were creepy before but now they're terrifying and disgusting. There seems to be more dreugh secrets within the lake, but I'll have to level up first.
Oh, yes. Suffice to say, Tamriel Rebuilt has made the dreugh utterly terrifying! Curious to see you explore the lake later on , but we will stay tuned in the meantime :)
44:33 😂😂😂😂😂
Excellent episode! I can recommend the Temple quests, the TR pilgrimages take you to some wonderful, beautiful places. The later, tougher content eventually rewards you with IMO the best looking armor TR has implemented (the full Speakers Of The Dead set)
Those are my kind of quests, I'll start it in the next episode.
Fortify endurence next to bed. :D Are you not going into the lake? It might be too hard for your character, especially without proper means of long time water breathing, but worth a look.
Definitely going back after I level up bit more and obtain 30+ water breathing potions :)
The guy who does those ordinator voices has a channel called Morrowind Shorts. He changed thr name but he makes really funny Morrowind videos. Lol
Shadows Under Aimrah is an amazing questline, so excited to see you play through it!
Thanks!
Always glad to see a new episode. I'm catching up on the previous episodes so always good to have more to look forward to.
Thank you so much!
That was a great quest! Enjoyed every minute of it. Do you mind reading the journals you found during a video? I'd love to learn more about it cuz it comes from one of my favorite Lovecraft stories ❤
Thanks so much! Btw. I'll read them in the next episode :)
My favorite quest in Tamriel Rebuilt! A misty backwater port with a dark secret that slowly unravels with twists and turns. It was really fun doing it.
My feelings exactly. I love how memorable it is. I've played it for the first time over 2 years ago and I still remember every detail of it lol
@@sashiaivanow367 I didn't realize quest was that old, thought it was recently added.
Episode 11 right after episode 10? A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!
That quest was a cool star wars reference.
@BoreanPlays: - thanks again for pursuing the good guy path. I love how Rats has made a criminal faction questline with genuine options to be evil, but also ways to choose good. - kobolologist is a person who studies kobolds. You can find these creatures (made by Joanasc) in remote places in mountainous regions. They're relatives to goblins but less intelligent and have a canine/rat-like appearance. Interestingly, TR has derived the loreness of this creature from a single joke comment in TES 1: Arena.
I encountered kobolds in Skyrim, really odd looking creatures. Can they be found in Morrowind as well?
@@BoreanPlays yeah, try visiting Omaynis shack near the river
Honestly love these videos, long as they are. The stories are super cool and you're a great presenter!
1:10:10 I think that Coda Flower is so common in houses because it can glow in dark, so it works as a lamp
Makes sense!
@@BoreanPlays also, it's probably the most expensive flower in the game if I'm not mistaken - 23 gold is good loot for a low-level character. Interior designers love it too because it's such a complex and pretty model.
4 hours of borean knight questing Alek you spoil us too much. Nah but really this is another great episode glad to see your doing better friend
I'll havta save this so I can listen to it at work, keep up the amazing work
No boots?! Garrick White-hands is going to end up as Garrick Rough-foot!
I love this questline! You sold your boots to Three Eyes by accident, that's why you've found yourself barefoot mid episode. Also, you should've talked to Rilmas more, as rough as he seems, he has one more quest regarding his past that I think really help to paint the whole picture. He also has his own "improve the base" part :))
I may have to bribe him so I can do his quest.
I remember when Andothren just came out. It's been a few years now. It's such a cool city too and region. Some cool Ashland type areas. Looking forward to watching this. I remember someone said they plan on going further south before doing mainland Redoran areas but those are the regions I'm stoked for. But glad we get any of it lol
I read bits of TR lore on House Dres and it's really fascinating, there will be darker, horror elements tied to them so I'm very excited. Kinda reminded me of southern rural witchcraft and voodoo lore from US.
@BoreanPlays That will be amazing. I've lived in areas close to that and traveled through so to see that mixed in elder scrolls will be really nice.
Almost four hours of gameplay? Brother now I feel like it's Xmas
It is, a great way to start the day
I loved this Questline, completed it some time ago! TR is surprisingly good, I’m glad I figured out how to start putting mods into the game!
Where should we go next?
If you want to stay in Andothren, I'd say check out the city's Tribunal Temple questline. I think your morally good character would be really useful there :)
@@sashiaivanow367 You also recommended me to revisit Aimrah few episodes ago, I could do that too as a side task :)
You could follow your FG assignments in Andothren and Almas Thirr. The Temple in both places is also very good, yes. And if you want a bit of extra, try doing the vanilla Vodunius Nuccius quest in Seyda Neen and revisit Teyn.
