I think Chinese is actually easy to learn. I studying Chinese and I find it very easy. I found learning Spanish very difficult. The Characters is a little more difficult to learn but speaking Chinese is very easy. The characters don't change which is nice. There is no conjugations which is beautiful no past tens and future tens of words which is great. People say the tones are hard but all languages have tones and stress sounds which also can make a statement or question and so forth. Your just got to love the language. If you desire to learn it and enjoy it you wouldn't find it very difficult and that goes with all languages though you would encounter some challenges when learning.
WODE MAYA I think learning chinese language depends on the individual person. In my case I learn the language from watching chinese drama on TV in Mandarin dialect, with English subtitles. One reason I think it was easy for me to learn because I am a violinist so my ears are very well tune to tones sounds. Mandarin have four tones, high tones, Rising tone and a third tone that goes in two directions down to the low range than rises, and the four tone is the falling tone going downward. I live in the States with a large community of Chinese people, the older generation mostly speak the dialect of Cantonese but some also know Mandarin. Also having friends that are Chinese help as well. I am African American but I love different languages another language that is easy for me is Japanese and korean language. Because of the diversity of Asian people here in the States you can learn many languages. What I find hard to learn is the Chinese Characters there are many. Zaijian 🖑

Funny thing is I dislike English romantic comedies! But love watching chinese romantic dramas. I live in the England. And the few chinese in my area are Cantonese speakers.

agodia crane You are right. But Chinese, Japnese are not like other languages. learning some Indian or European languages (except Russian) are not so difficult.

WODE MAYA actually they are not half Chinese. Technically they are half Indonesian and southern Bantu African to be exact. Few African Americans ancestry hail from there.
The different tones seem to be the key to learning Chinese, similar to the Thai language, I believe; when how you say the "same" word means something quite different.. Africans are very intelligent people; they excel at whatever they undertake..

That's hilariously stupid. That's like saying walking in England requires the whole brain, but walking in China only requires half the brain. So this is why Chinese people have a hard time walking in England. Just wrong.

When I was living in China the hardest part of learning Chinese was getting the tones right. If you said a word right but the tone was off they didnt have a clue what you were saying 😂 Great video as always my brother!
Language is not hard to learn if you are actually dedicated. I speak 5 languages fluently. And btw, social interaction is a 2-way traffic, if you can't make friends, you have to take on part of blame as well.

The leaning of Chinese is difficult not because of anything but only just because of how they write their alphabets because I am in france now almost one and half year and I can speak very well and can write in french because the alphabet are the same as English alphabets.is only some small changes very easy to grab
