My wife and I are some of Viking’s biggest fans. We have cruised on lower and higher priced lines, and still feel Viking is by far the best for what we want on a ship.
⚘ Love your sense of humor and these calm, beautifully edited videos with exquisitely perfect music choices. Binge-watching now. Im planning a river cruise as a solo traveler and you've hands-down convinced me that Viking is my 1st Choice. Thank you.
Unfortunately the river ships are not as upscale as the ocean. I was a Travel Agent for 30 years here in Vancouver, and the best on the river are Uniworld and Scenic, and now Ritz Carlton, Viking is just average. My clients would say, after their cruise, that it “was fine”, but they never said it was fabulous. I never offered them unless they asked for them. Most folk know them from the years of their advertising on PBS tv. Good wishes.
Thank you for watching! This is the first of a series on our fabulous voyage on board Viking Venus. Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more beautiful content!
Viking is our "Go-To" line. My wife and I have been on 39 cruises, on several different lines, but Viking is by far the best of them all. Our last 5 cruises have been on Viking and we are booked for a 3 week cruise in March of 2022. All of their blue water ships are built according to the same plans/lay-out so it is easy to find your way around the moment you board the ship. The staff and crew are equally as stellar as the ship. You can't go wrong with Viking. Happy and safe sailing.
Namaste from India. This was a wonderful video. Also, your engagement with your viewers is amazing. You reply to all the comments. That is commendable. Subscribed to your channel.
Namaste and thank you so much! We try and answer every single comment because we appreciate everyone taking the time to watch and also to comment. Thank you for subscribing - we really value your support. ❤
We actually have Scandinavian furniture in our two homes. So Viking fits right in. Not splashy. But elegant. In fact I’m going on the Saturn mid December. Thanks you the tour. It’s nice to see an old friend.
just recently discovered your channel and really love shooting style you use & the lighthearted nature in the videos I've watched so far. i must say that you're slowly converting us over to going on a nice cruise for our honeymoon, rather than flying somewhere. keep up the great work! cheers from Texas.
This is a beautiful video. I'm currently sailing on a back-to-back Bermuda cruise aboard Viking Orion. The ship design & decor are definitely future classic. Although the look is slick & modern, the feel is warm & welcoming. The service from the crew & dining experiences are the best I've had in 30 plus years of cruising. My favorite spaces are The Restaurant & The Living Room.
I love everything about Viking, my favorite line thus far. They just do everything right. I see you made it to Liverpool, we did that a few years ago on a British Isles cruise. We were supposed to be on the Venus in July in the Baltic until they cancelled it to make room for you two and Gary and Ben & David. So heartbreaking. 🤣😎😍. We love Manfredi's and usually eat there most every night. My favorite spot on the ship is the upper deck of the Explorer's Lounge, I go there every night and relax and have an amaretto or two. Second favorite spot is the Wintergarden and the afternoon tea. Great video as always, thanks for sharing.
Thanks Lou. Sorry you had to give up your stateroom for us! 😆 We only ate at Manfredi's once (ran out of evenings) but we enjoyed every minute of it. We'll be back! :D
@Shelly Vick No Shelly, I think Lou was playing with words and Viking are not forcing guests to give up places. I think Lou's referring to Viking cancelling some itineraries and laying on others, probably to comply with COVID related issues rather than supply and demand. :)
I am so excited as my husband and I are booked for a cruise on this ship in June! We’ve done river cruise with Viking and loved it and now I am already in love just watching this video! I’m sure we will be hooked on Viking cruises in the future!
I’m going on my first cruise ever for 5 weeks to Alaska and Asia on Viking’s Orion leaving in September. Traveling solo. 😮 This looks so beautiful; lovely pace and editing with your videos as well. Love your channel. Thank you and bon voyage. 🍾
Wow, what a very classy and elegant cruise ship, I am working in another cruise ship, and I hope one day I can work with Viking, and you reviewed this ship very well with great capture Sir 😇
Hoping you won’t think me too odd, but we are decidedly not “cruise people”. But I watch your videos right away when they publish because they are so lovely. And we are strongly considering Viking for Galapagos and Norway because of your videos. They seem sensible and small enough that we won’t feel overwhelmed.
I alway poo-pooed cruises too, until I retired and my wife informed me we were going to travel to catch up on all the vacations we missed over the years. We started with a couple of Princes cruises (Alaska and the Carribean). We enjoyed the Princess cruises, but they felt too crowded. We then took a Viking river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam (175 passengers). They showed us “The Viking Way” and we are now spoiled. We then took a Viking Ocean cruise on one on Venus’s sister ships from New York City through the Carribean, to Cartegena, Columbia, then ending at San Juan Puerto Rico. That was a 13 day cruise and it was not nearly long enough. That boat really felt like home. As soon as we got home we booked the Viking British Isles cruise which we had to cancel due to illness. Now that Covid is winding down we have rebooked the Viking British Isles cruise and a river cruise in Portugal. My wife and I really like the Viking Way and plan to spend our son’s inheritance on Viking cruises.
This ship looks wonderful - Hopefully get the chance one day to experience it myself, thank you once again for a lovely tour, looking forward to the Vlogs.
Between you and Ben & David we're itching to get on a Viking Ocean cruise. Just need for them to do something that matches our schedules. Thanks for the great ship's tour. David
I really enjoyed this this morning. Unlike other videos, putting the background music very low in the background indeed- really did fit what I expect for a Viking environment. I use quite a bit of music in my own productions- this is definitely a brand that warrants the right selections. I think you nailed it. I can’t wait for your cabin tour, and as you mentioned, Vlog series (showing the ship in use, that’s what really interests me). “Flavored with strong navigational things”- especially the nighttime “star chart“ makeover- Holly may have her Wintergarden but I know she can find me here. Just perfect for a proper Sailor☺️ (including the bar, of course 😁) Really well done overall.
God, I love you! You are as fantastic as this ship! You make me laugh in every single one of your videos! I have never sailed on Viking but I'm definitely going to at some point soon.
We are so excited for our upcoming cruise in January on the Viking Star! Two weeks on such a beautiful ship and checking off one of our bucket list items - the Panama Canal. Thank you for such great cinematography and lovely description of your experience. Well done!
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to comment Robyn! Two weeks on such a beatiful ship will be incredible. You won't want to get off! :D
@@anthonytaglieri498 It was great! The staff, musicians, food in the MDR were outstanding! The boring excursions, lack of activity on sea days, no music on the pool deck and significantly older age population with night shows that mostly focus on songs from the 1950s and 60s…not so much.
My wife and I have booked a cruise to Hawaii to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We met on Maui in 1974. Most of the cruises we have taken in the past have been somewhat disappointing so we decided never again. But Viking seems like an upscale experience so we are looking forward to our trip next year.
What a lovely way to celebrate a significant anniversary. We really hope you have a wonderful time and much better than your previous experiences. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
Congratulations on your fantastic vlog on Viking cruises, very relaxing and informative. We are booked on Viking Orion for Xmas New year cruise from Auckland to Sydney on 22nd December and look forward to experiencing the ambience on board.
Wow! What a stunningly beautiful ship. This video so makes me want to cruise on her. Brilliant video yet again Rich. Can't wait to see your dining guide.
Simply Beautiful!! Homey and inviting with elegance and sophistication. Lovely (socially required adjective) fiancée and I already have a Viking River Cruise on our Bucket List, but this ship is MUST to be on before I die, get thrown in the ground, and gobbled up by various vermin and varmints. Imagine, feasting on waffles and lutefisk! Not to mention al fresco lutefisk beside the infinity pool! Mmmmmm! Good eats! Thank you for yet another masterful presentation.
Thanks DC! We really enjoyed the NC500 and will probably do another road trip in the near future. In the mean time, look out for our Venus vlog, part 1 coming next. :)
Loverly video! As a solo traveller I think it may be out of my price range for now, but if you have seen a massive surge in viewings for your wonderful Sky Princess videos in the last months, that will be me. I'm on her in 12 weeks and when I need my fix it's your videos I turn to, they are just brilliant. Many thanks
Hi Rich and Helen. I was thinking the Viking ships are Azamazing !! see what I did there? I love these ships. One day will see them ourselves. They are a destination unto themselves, just like Azamara. Loved the video today. Hope all is well across the pond.
Glad you like them Larry! Thanks! That tips guy is pretty good too in our opinion! 😉 I hope you've subscribed to us too, as he has more than ten times the subscribers we have lol!
Ye gads Malcolm, I forgot all those and in particular the heated bathroom floor AND the no-=mist heated bathroom mirror. Little things, but they make such a difference. :)
Ok so I admit it … its absolutely gorgeous … simple understated elegance. Not one corner of garishness. Yes, I’m a Swedish-American 🇸🇪. Yes I’m biased (my home decor is simple understated and calming) so hats off to my Norwegian Brothers for well executed design! As I was watching Rich, I was thinking … now if Rich was a prankster, given his mistaken Scandinavian looks, he could “borrow” an Officers dress uniform and probably get away with the prank. 😂😂😂. Ok Helen. Right. Don’t give him any ideas. 🙄. I could easily sign up for a 2-3 week respite aboard Viking. Looking forward to your continuing presentations 👍🏻
😂😂😂 Great idea! I could get a few extra weeks on there. Unfortunately though, my Norwegian is non existent so I think I'd be rumbled on the very first day.
Enjoyed your video very much but a little sad at the same time. Our British Isles cruise on Venus was cancelled this past April. Have since booked West Indies Explorer for Feb ‘22 on the Sea. Did Alaska on Orion in 2019, spectacular! We are forever spoiled for any other cruise line. Now to go find your dining guide…..
Brilliant just brilliant. Sadly our Viking Venus cruise from Portsmouth to Malta on 3 July has been cancelled so I'm crying into my coffee as I watch and remember how fab every aspect of this ship is 😍 . I will be crying even more when I watch your restaurant video as we have been dieting for the last 11 days since disembarking Venus, in readiness to sample all the amazing food (and cocktails) again 😂🤣 Oh and I see we had a starring role in the video 🤗🤗
Thank you Elaine! It was lovely meeting you and hopefully we'll see you again soon on another voyage. :) Thank you for being great 'models' for a couple of scenes too lol! :D
TIP When using the Viking Laundromat you need to press the soap diapenser on the wall next to the washers to dispense soap into the washer. If you don't press the numbered soap dispenser that matches your washer you will only be washing in water. Did a load of wash without knowing this tip. Maintenance explained this procedure to me after messing up.
Yes fabulous video yet again... Wish I could experience as many ships as you do!!! It must cost you a fortune 😉... It's lovely ( I know the Viking owner is a friend of Manfred ( silversea ) but it's got a few gimick venues ... which I'm not that interested in... That's just me ... Happy cruising 🚢🍾👙👔😎
Thank you for your kind words Patricia. The Viking/Silversea connection is certainly strong. It's actually heart warming that two 'rivals' can show mutual respect and friendship in such a cut-throat industry. :)
I had to rebook a Viking cruise due to difficulty in the wait time to get a renewed passport. I was told I could use the voucher for a future cruise which I booked for 20 days later. Viking took too long to generate the voucher so that it went past the full payment due date for the new cruise. Earlier I asked why the voucher had not been applied to my second booking, all I was told that it hadn't posted yet. Today we got the email saying our cruise booking was cancelled and we could rebook at full price or use the voucher on another cruise! After much time on the phone and the forwarding of many emails to them about the issue, my cruise booking doesn't show up and is "under review". Has this happened to anyone else?
Well I love the Viking cruise experience, but their voucher policy leaves a lot to be desired. I only got 50% of my $6700.00 voucher after much discussion. It’s a great experience, but as with any company they will fleece you if possible. In the future do not accept any voucher from them. They have written so many rules so you lose and they get your money for nothing in return. But it is a worthy cruise experience as long as you don’t fall into a voucher.
I don't think you mention the "no extras" on European booked cruises, no gratuities, no wifi 'extra' etc. Excellent transfers and assistance on shore tours. No formal dining, its all so relaxing !
Hi Roger. Thanks for watching. I would definitely say that Viking is better value overall, but it depends what you're looking for. MSC and Viking are too dissimilar in many ways, so you're not really comparing like for like.
I only asked because another of you fellow youtubers have said that they paid nearly 1/2 for their Venus cruise (per night) than their MSC cruise a few weeks before ….. makes it a bit of a no brainier don’t you think??
Thanks so much. I love the look of their ships, was the $15 per day for upgrade drink package on top of another drink package price that you paid, or just to give you unlimited drinks, on top of the included wine and beer with lunch and dinner. ?
Hi Chris. The additional was for giving us free reign of the drinks menu up to $15 per drink, ,which was basically 95% of them. We think it's well worth the upgrade as you get a better selection of wines and beers too. :)
Hope they didn't include that weird Manfedi picture that is now on all the SS fleet. So gutted I missed out on the Viking seacations.... Definitely would have hit the spot. Great video as usual. 👍
Did a Viking cruise in 2018, the ship was wonderful. We had an Explorer Suite, which was one of the best cabins I have been in. The bathroom was without doubt, the best I have ever had. So many aspects of the ship were great, the infinity pool and the whole deck around it was fantastic. Strangely, as I read through comments here complementing the line and the journeys others have had, I felt there was just something lacking on our cruise. The crew just didn't quite cut it compared to other lines. Perhaps, as it was a very new ship and crew they hadn't come to grips with their job or the ship but it made us reluctant to sail with them again. So, ship, one of the best, cruise, not as good.
Thanks for watching and your feedback. It's strange, but on the odd occasion, things don't live up to expectation and I don't know why. We've had similar experiences on other lines.
Oof so expensive! I'm not refined enough to truly appreciate it I think 😄. A cruise half the price would probably be perfect for me and I'd get to go on it twice. It's great that this level of opulence exists though and that there are folk out there that capture it so beautifully for the rest of us.
Viking is more pricey at first glance. I've found that considering even the minimum stateroom is a veranda & most everything is included in the initial fare, this line is worth it. Trans-Atlantic crossings are a per-diem bargain with Viking. On board it's a very friendly atmosphere, nothing ostentatious or clickey.
From watching all the videos and comments they say when you realize everything is included it is not so expensive. Even the spa, tours and a lot of times free or reduced business airfare. They don’t nickel and dime you.
2 questions to Rich & Helen: 1- Did you pay for the cruise you show or was it a gratuity from Viking Cruises? 2- Is the video part filmed by you or "provided" by Viking Cruises?
Thanks for watching Guy. 1. We paid full fare for this cruise. Viking didn’t even know we were on board and had no input whatsoever. 2. It’s 100% all our own footage, as is all of our videos. We never use stock or marketing clips. Ever. 🙂
We are considering getting back into cruising after Covid kept us away, and really still gun-shy of bigger ships. It seems you two have found a safe environment with Viking. Would you say they have the best safety protocol with Covid?
Hi Ken. Thanks for commenting. Well, Viking have their very own PCR labs on board and are the only cruise line to have them, so in our opinion, they have extremely safe COVID protocols and certainly one of the best we've experienced. :)
@@visitwithus Thank you so much for the reply. We are thinking about a transAtlantic from Barcelona to San Juan next December. As an Aussie living in Oregon, I love your reviews and your sense of humor which I actually understand. Many Americans I know would not but they are probably Trump supporters. Keep up the great vids.
Looks far better than Canada Queen Victoria, which had been on my bucket list and was left feeling SO disappointed. Unfortunately, I'm a solo traveller and Viking is way out of my price range 😕
You don’t need guesses. I’ll give you one answer. Nothing. We paid for this cruise ourselves, and every penny was well spent. Why look for and report problems that aren’t there? Thanks for watching. 🙂
I think this has probably to do with the extra COVID safety measures Barbara. Presenting a glass upside down probably reduces the risk of anything getting into it before service. That' sonly a guess of course. Thank you for watching and for having a keen eye for the detail. :)
My parents were big fans of Viking. My mother passed away recently. She was excited to leave us a big credit on Viking as part of her wishes before her passing. Excited to relive her passion for travel and cruising with Viking, we spend months dreaming and planning around several itineraries. We later find out that Viking will not honor the transfer or refund the cash that she paid because she accepted a 25% voucher for a trip that Viking had canceled previously because of COVID. Rather than receive a refund, she was excited to look forward to more travels in the future and wait to book a future trip, but too late due to ailing health. After months of having their reservation specialists look into this, and because of the fine print in the acceptance of this voucher, they cannot honor a transfer to another name under any circumstance. This was a shocking blow to our family and not indicative of the experience she has had in the past. A week before her passing, and I don't remember the context of the conversation, but I overheard her say several times, "you don't worry at all, Viking will take good care of you!"
Your experience with Viking is heartbreaking. I have just signed up for my first trip with them and have a significant snafu too due to a mistake made by the booking agent. I'm wondering if covid hit them so hard that they are struggling financially.
My wife and I are some of Viking’s biggest fans. We have cruised on lower and higher priced lines, and still feel Viking is by far the best for what we want on a ship.
Well, after our voyage, I am tending to agree with you! Thanks for watching, and please subscribe as there's much more Viking content to come. :)
Yes indeed! I'm currently on my fouth Viking Ocean cruise & each one is better than the previous. How do they do that?
I agree completely. In my 30 years of cruising, Viking Ocean is hands down my favorite cruise line for all categories.

What a gorgeous ship! I definitely would like to experience Viking One of these days soon!
Thank you Johnny. You should! The only problem is, I'm afraid you might become hooked! :D
@@visitwithus I can think of much worse addictions! lol
Very helpful! Thanks.
Thanks for watching 😊
Wow! What a stunningly beautiful ship. This video so makes me want to cruise on her. Brilliant video yet again Rich. Can't wait to see your dining guide.
Thanks Wilf. Dining guide coming soon and it's a good one! :D
Thanks Brad. If it was me, I'd do this one before the river cruise. I've heard the ocean ships are better appointed than the river boats. :)
Penny lane - Liverpool I’m thinking. Great tour!
Thank you Dave. Liverpool is was! :D
Wow EVERYONE is on the Venus right now. Gary, Ben and David, AND you guys
Yes, we were all on there together and had a great time! We all know each other and it's great we all get to do this together once every so often. :D
Guys! It was amazing to meet you onboard!! I'm so sorry we couldn't hang out more, but come back soon!!
It was lovely to meet you too! We shall definitely try and return soon. Best wishes! :D
Looks absolutely fabulous great review 👌, Hope you do another road trip series at some point the NC500 content was superb .
Many thanks
Cheers Philip and thanks for watching our Sky videos! Much appreciated. :D
Hi Rich and Helen. I was thinking the Viking ships are Azamazing !! see what I did there? I love these ships. One day will see them ourselves. They are a destination unto themselves, just like Azamara. Loved the video today. Hope all is well across the pond.
Hi Jeremy! Actually, they DID remind us of Azamara. Same level of service, same great food, same relaxed atmosphere. :)
Love listening to your You Tube videos. Better than the other English guy. You know the tips guy. Keep it up! Very nice.
Glad you like them Larry! Thanks! That tips guy is pretty good too in our opinion! 😉 I hope you've subscribed to us too, as he has more than ten times the subscribers we have lol!
Great video, you didn't mention the 'adult only' clientele, nor the heated floor bathrooms, and best of all "no gratuities", very civilised !
Ye gads Malcolm, I forgot all those and in particular the heated bathroom floor AND the no-=mist heated bathroom mirror. Little things, but they make such a difference. :)
Forgot to add silversea & crystal my favourite chose of line !!! Still old school cruising... Luv it ...
We LOVE Silversea Patricia but have never experienced Crystal as yet. One day...
Excellent vlog, thank you. Looks understated excellence and will be looking more carefully at their 2023 Australian to Bali itinerary!
Thanks again Norfolk Boy. Gosh, Aus to Bali sounds absolutely heavenly! :D
Looking forward to my VWU fix. Thank you for another great video.
Cheers Wayne. Another coming soon! :D
Thanks for watching Maureen. I haven't released our Dining Guide yet but it will be worth the wait! :D
After four mentions, how could I not go to check out the dining guide now haha
😂😂😂 I haven't done it yet lol! I had to build that in for when it's done and uploaded.
Great video - Looking forward to our first Viking cruise on the Jupiter in Aug 2022.
Thanks for watching Craig. You're going to LOVE it! :D
Thanks for sharing. Lovely video. 謝謝!👍🌹
Thank you very much Jacob! :)
You did it again! Magnificent! May I ask how do I find your vlog/blog?
Part 1 coming soon! This weekend in fact! :D
Gorgeous
Thanks for watching 👍
I’m booked 2023. Norway 🤞🤞🤞🤞
Woohoo! You are going to LOVE Venus! :D
Beautifully filmed
Thank you so much! :D
0:39 is that Erna Solberg down there?
Haha! You definitely made me look twice! Maybe it is!
Brilliant Video. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you! :D
What a fantastic vessel😍
We agree! Thanks for watching Norbert! :D
You are right drinks served in horns would have been cool.
😂😂😂
Thanks for watching ☺️
Hope you got this sorted 🤞
Great vid, thanks!
Glad you liked it! Thank you! :D
I don't think you mention the "no extras" on European booked cruises, no gratuities, no wifi 'extra' etc. Excellent transfers and assistance on shore tours. No formal dining, its all so relaxing !
Lovely stylish video to go with the Viking Venus …. I would like to know if you regard Viking as “better value” (or cheaper) as compared to say MSC??
MSc , been on two, but would class them as a budget line
Hi Roger. Thanks for watching. I would definitely say that Viking is better value overall, but it depends what you're looking for. MSC and Viking are too dissimilar in many ways, so you're not really comparing like for like.
Agreed.
I only asked because another of you fellow youtubers have said that they paid nearly 1/2 for their Venus cruise (per night) than their MSC cruise a few weeks before ….. makes it a bit of a no brainier don’t you think??
Where is the dining guide? I tried looking for it but couldn’t see it
Hi Chris. Apologies for lack of Dining Guide. Coming soon. We’ve been super busy and it’s near the top of the list! 😀
@@visitwithus thanks, was that a per day charge?
Please provide a link to your viking cruise dining guide.
I haven't released it yet, but when it's live, there will be links. :D
I think I could live full time on that ship :)
I think I'd give it a go too! :D
Wow this ship is beautiful
Couldn't agree more Matthew and Lauren. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. :D
so glad!!!
Hope they didn't include that weird Manfedi picture that is now on all the SS fleet.
So gutted I missed out on the Viking seacations.... Definitely would have hit the spot.
Great video as usual. 👍
Do you mean the multi-coloured one they have in the lounges on SS? It's rather unusual, isn't it? :D
@@visitwithus haha... Yes absolutely that one. It's a bit of a poor man's Picasso! It's found its way on all the ships now
Did a Viking cruise in 2018, the ship was wonderful.
Was there a formal night or is that not a Viking thing,?
No formal nights on Viking. It's very casual. :)
Where can I find the Viking Dining Guide?
Sorry Petra, I haven’t released it yet. My video schedule is ridiculous! Thanks for your patience. ☺️
Oof so expensive! I'm not refined enough to truly appreciate it I think 😄. A cruise half the price would probably be perfect for me and I'd get to go on it twice. It's great that this level of opulence exists though and that there are folk out there that capture it so beautifully for the rest of us.
Yes, it's not the cheapest by any means ND. There are occasional bargains to be had though as with most lines. :)
2 questions to Rich & Helen:
1- Did you pay for the cruise you show or was it a gratuity from Viking Cruises?
Where can I find Your vlog?
This is the first video, so I haven't edited the vlogs yet. coming soon! Please subscribe and hit the bell so you know when they arrive. :D
Are you in Liverpool, England
No but in part 2 we feature Liverpool, so stay tuned. :)
Please post links to the guides you reference in your video.
Thanks for watching Kevin. This is the first of the series, so I'll have to add the links as the other parts are uploaded. :D
Very classy !
Indeed Diogo! Thank you for watching! :D
Liverpool, thx
Wow!👌🏻👌🏻😍😍
thank you for watching. :)
Looks far better than Canada Queen Victoria, which had been on my bucket list and was left feeling SO disappointed. Unfortunately, I'm a solo traveller and Viking is way out of my price range 😕
Sorry to hear that. thank you for watching. :)
Everything’s “…the best we’ve ever seen…” 😂😂
Truth! 😆
yep - this looked and sounded like a really objective review (ahum) - how many guesses do we get on what they gave you to put this up here ?
You don’t need guesses. I’ll give you one answer. Nothing. We paid for this cruise ourselves, and every penny was well spent. Why look for and report problems that aren’t there? Thanks for watching. 🙂
I've never seen glasses and plates upside down on any ships or in restaurants.
Oh dear.
Thanks for watching 👍
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Your experience with Viking is heartbreaking. I have just signed up for my first trip with them and have a significant snafu too due to a mistake made by the booking agent. I'm wondering if covid hit them so hard that they are struggling financially.
