Walking Meditation

  • Welcome to this guided meditation. This practice is called "walking meditation" because it is done while you are walking. Therefore, my advice is to practice it outdoors or, at least, in a fairly large enclosed space, where you can move easily. Make sure you're only staying for the next few minutes and don't have any upcoming tasks to finish. With practice, you will be able to practice even on the way to work or in any place and before carrying out an activity of any kind. Wear comfortable clothes, if possible, and get headphones, to make listening more effective. The practice consists of bringing your attention to the very act of walking, consciously following your steps, movements and sensations of your body.
