I think Luffy would have had an even harder time vs Katakuri since he would have had less options to increase his speed and his haki would not be any better at this point than it was in the original timeline. 2. There is just no way Luffy would be able to face Big Mum entering whole cake since getting the dragon fruit would not have increased his haki proficiency and Luffy would have to have achieved strength comparable to Kaido leaving the time skip, which he once again wouldn't' have achieved since his haki at this stage would still be limited to the basic forms.

how about the pawpaw fruit? If Luffy had that fruit he and his crew would be literally flying around the world randomly. Luffy loves the easy travel the pawpaw fruit gives, but to Nami’s horror Luffy doesn’t normally care where they go and with his sense of direction you might as well put the location they arrive at an a random number generator.

You should make a what if Luffy didn't ate a Devil Fruit. Based on his grandpa, i think without a Devil Fruit, Luffy would've trained even harder. Probably gaining Haki much faster, because his fights would be far more brutal since he lacks a Devil Fruit. But this also opens the option of Luffy eating the Mera Mera no Mi at Dressrosa.
Luffy will probably find the one piece at the end but prob not in this story because the history of his Nika fruit almost makes him destined to find the one piece as he is the new joy boy but without it, it will be very hard to get the one piece.

Shanks did not come so late just because of Kaido. Shanks did not have any wound on Marineford, so it probably didn't came to a real fight against Kaido and King. I believe that Shanks did not intend to stop Marineford. He tried it before, but nobody listened. He only stepped in when the war was actually over and Ace and Whitebeard already died.

When you talk about the regeneration factor of zoans you are forgetting that the Nika Nika is actually a zoan as well.
Only once it awakens. Luffy wouldn't have nearly as much regen before the awakening since only the paramecua part was active, not the zoan part

You don’t understand. Luffy only thinks that his fruit is the Gomu gomu no mi, and his imagination makes that true, however his gear 5 transformation is only his awakening which lets him use his fruit around others, however luffy thinks this is just another ability from his “new transformation”

I haw an issue with Marineford, and i just haw to rant about it.
So if Kaido never got the friut, that would mean that he never would attempt to come to the war at Marineford.
That would mean that Shanks would not gaw been nedded to stop Kaido.
So Shanks wold haw arrived much sooner to the war, that means the war would haw stopped before the death of Ace and Whitebeard
Shanks did not come so late just because of Kaido. Shanks did not have any wound on Marineford, so it probably didn't came to a real fight against Kaido and King. I believe that Shanks did not intend to stop Marineford. He tried it before, but nobody listened. He only stepped in when the war was actually over and Ace and Whitebeard already died.

A lot of vids say Enel was a poor fighter or didn't have defense but didn't Enel take a hit from the extreme impact dial before his fight with Luffy?
He got killed by a reject dial, but reanimated himself with his devil fruit. Without this plot armor, Enel would have died there in Skypia
