Sea GO Kart, Steering and throttle by wire control on movable column .Jet drive with 15 HP engine.

Movable steering column so it can be steered from any position. If there are two passengers , driver can be any regardless on seating position. Child can drive boat under supervision. Steering and throttle by wire eliminate long breakable and oxidation prone mechanical control cables. Developed for electric propulsion, but works just fine with 15HP 4stroke petrol engine.
