Who's having their educational visa revoked and deported? Etc. They caused hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage. My daughter is about to graduate from a small Catholic University in the North East where protests have started. She had no High School graduation due to COVID and I fear that her college graduation could get cancelled because of these idiots. It is outrageous and unfair to kids from this years graduating class!!
Same with my daughter, only she is a UCLA student. I will preface by saying the following; she is Jewish by blood, raised as a Born again Christian and is a Conservative. She has always been aware of the indoctrination of the left and has resisted it every year. As an excellent student her dream was to go to a top university and was accepted to many, but when the UCLA acceptance came she. Was thrilled. Her life education began with the Vid and is ending with this insanity. Fortunately she finished a quarter early and has been spared this first hand embarrassment. She is so mad with her fellow idiot students and is saddened by seeing her “christian friends “ reposting disparaging remarks about Israel and the Anti-Semitism. We were once proud to share that she attended the University and now we’re embarrassed. I am still proud of her accomplishments and even prouder that she did not drink the poison, even though I knew all along she never would. These protesters are delusional zombies and I hope they will reap the consequences of their actions. Who would ever want to hire these professional victims? Not expecting anything to happen though.

The university system does need to be reformed. It has become ridiculously expensive and is not producing people with useful skill sets. It seems the more elite a university is, the further off the rails they have gone. We need to get back to a function based education system. Large dogs are considered adult at 1 year. Not defending Noem but understand the hard things thst ho on everyday on ranches and farms.
People on working ranches, and people that hunt for survival (not for fun) value all of their animals, including their working/hunting dogs. They know that a lot of the issues that a dog might have are related to poor training, or can be resolved with good training. Or, possibly, a dog just doesn’t have the right temperament for the job that you want it to do, so you find another job, or another home. They don’t just kill a disobedient dog.
True enough and I’m not sure we’ve had all the details to the story either. Even Megyn has a misconception about why that dog was killing those chickens or why it snarled at Noem when she attempted to intervene. According to the account that’s available to us, she brought the dog there straight from a bird hunt which went badly and during which this young dog was running around wildly chasing birds. It was still in a state of prey induced excitation which has virtually nothing to do with hunger. Noem even says that, the dog was simply chasing, killing and moving on to the next target. The dog was not snarling in the same way as a dog will occasionally growl over its food bowl. I suppose if the story had better described the reasons that she felt she had to put down this young dog or if she hadn’t immediately pivoted to “Gee, might as well kill the goat while I’m at it”. There didn’t seem to be any regret nor sadness at killing these animals particularly such a young dog, and that is what most people are going to want to see. It may legitimately have been necessary, not for me to judge. Most people aren’t going to have the same rather clinical attitude toward animals, especially young dogs, as ranch families have. The culture is just different. In any case, as a purely political matter, this wasn’t likely the story she should have chosen to share as an illustration of her ability to make tough choices.

About the Kristi Noem story, I thought it unwise to mention the dog story, but her choice in putting the dog down was spot on. Once a dog gets a taste for live stock, you can not train it out of them, it is game over. Keeping that dog alive, especially when she mentioned it had been aggravating with her kids, would have been incredibly unwise.

But during the 6 day war in 1967; King Hussein joined forces with the Arab league to wage war against Israel, somewhat reluctantly. He offered Palestinians refuge during the war as he thought that the Arabs would prevail and the Palestinians could return to Israel and claim their spoils of war. But as we know Israel kicked the dogwoofie out of their attackers and they themselves claimed the spoils of war. King Hussein now had the bitter taste of defeat along with the refugees. In 1970;a cool 😎 dude arrived from Egypt named Yasser Arafat. He stirred up the Palestinians to say thank you by giving Jordan heck and trying to destroy the King.
