When you set boundaries, the immediate response from this kind person is they start to assassinate your character, by spreading rumours about you...

Certainly! Here’s a positive and supportive response to the viewer's comment:
"Thank you for sharing your experience. Setting boundaries is crucial for maintaining your mental and emotional health, even if it means facing negative reactions from others. It’s unfortunate when someone tries to undermine you, but remember that their actions reflect their character, not yours. Stay strong and continue to protect your peace. Your resilience and commitment to self-care are truly inspiring! 🌟"

I.have escorted people like that and I just keep quiet and don't say my thoughts to them cause if I do they will twist what I said and make me the bad one and get blamed for no reason. I stopped talking to them. Amen just silent. I see I hear and just keep my silence. It's been years now.. no worries cause they don't have anything to talk about.😊

I'm glad you found a strategy that works for you. Sometimes silence and distance are the best ways to handle toxic people. Keep focusing on your own peace and well-being. I think my video ("10 Traits of People Who Speak Less | STOICISM") is related to what you're talking about, give it a watch : ruclips.net/video/9m53sDZlfH0/видео.htmlsi=EhExIB9K71_xjKYM
