This was simply spectacular storytelling. There's something about it that makes the feels sneak up on you and hit you at the end. I almost shed a tear, which might say as much about how good this short film is as it does about where I'm at mentally. I was also pleasantly surprised to recognise Utavie. Big ups Faith 💪🏽. And major props to the filmmakers. We need more of our stories told and a wider audience to see them.
I've watched the movie again and again. I love the concept and the action. Auntie J and Otavie (Faith), did well. The story is simple and powerful. Kudos to all the actors.
