Well, Trypticon has already had to fight multiple combiners AND Metroplex. His energy reserves were probably depleted and he was likely still repairing combat damage. Ft. Max. was still fresh to the fight.

The comics did have contradictory heights for Fort Max, which didn't help in positioning his character. Seeing Fort Max in this video gives him his true potential. I’m waaaaaay behind on my Transformers here, it seems...by a few decades! Last time I saw Fortress Maximus (in the comics), he was Optimus Prime-size, give or take, Trypticon was equivalent to all of the dinobots in a fight, and Metroplex was the core of Autobot city and about a mile tall...
Honeslty, the whole 3 series combined did not work out well. The combiners are just big bots, not actually combiners most of the time. Half the characters could have been thrown out and nothing would have changed, the plot is a garbled mess, and some characters seem to hold the idiot ball half the time. It tries to be dramatic, and it falls flat on its face with the presentation. Too much of it is tell and not show, and the stakes just feel hollow. Sadly, this is poorly written fan-fiction made on a shoestring budget, and it really shows. That said, there were moments i liked, interesting concepts. Megatron the grumpy hermit who becomes the reluctant hero was a fun concept, but even that ended on a meh moment. (That heroic sacrafice of his was so poorly executed, it would have been less of a letdown if he just wandered off again, telling everyone to leave him alone.) And even the interesting stuff seems to have been just taken from IDW comics that did it better.

I feel like this entire trilogy of shows could be improved if you took the "playback speed" slider, and set it to 1.25. Granted, that doesn't take away the crappy writing, or the bad directing, or the lack of proper lighting, but it does at least make the animation move a little smoother, and the music sound a little better.
Fort Max is over 3 times taller than Trypticon. He should have easily punted him. I wish writers wouldnt use characters if they dont use them properly.

you use to be able to find the whole seirs on youtube but it was taken down for copyright and most people dont wanna watch 11 second clicps the enitire episode so thats why you probobly couldnt find it

I know with the new Rise of the beasts movie set to come out either later this year or in 2023, we most likely won't see a titan, but it would be awesome if they were incorporate at least 1 of them into the story. think about it, to see a live action version of a city sized transformer, that would be awesome to see, I don't care what anybody says about it.

It’s a replication of Transformers Energon animatiom except without the help of professional anime cartooning and soundtracks to back it up. Although I would be willing to say this animation is still newer and original but not the next blockbuster by any means. Still pretty cool and on the edge vibes.
Gotta love how MatPat was the only one with an acting background out of all the youtube celebrities yet he somhow manages to give the worst performance. And I say somehow, though I now realize that it's actually probably why his acting career stopped dead.

Yes cerebros is the headmaster of fortress maximus. Whitout him he cant go in robotmode. Cerebros is binary bonded with spike(headmaster of cerebros).
