    The board for people who think there’s only one Jeremy Jones

    Been riding the tweaker this whole season and everything he saying is spot on (per usual). When I bought the board, the person who sold it too me at the shop said it was going to me a very aggressive ride. I found that it wasn’t really aggressive at all. More of a fun playful board you can take around the whole mountain. Has definitely helped me progress in the park. Feels like I can make the whole mountain a terrain park. I will say it’s definitely not the BEST for high speed riding, and turning. But it will definitely get the job done at least. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a playful park based / all-mountain board!

    Was on a lift with a snowboard instructor at Falls Creek (Australia) who was riding one of these. He loved it. The graphics at the top of the board were pretty sweet.

    Bought one of these to learn par stüffs.
    Haven't died yet, so great success.
    In saying that, very fun and nimble.
    Surprised me at how stable it felt on groomers at speed.

    Nice bro. I use an ice ax when riding the steeps of “lost boy” at vail while on any Jones deck bro. An ax is mandatory bro, especially when tweaking

    How would you compare this to something like the Rome Party Mod? I really want something playful that I can ride my small ice coast resort like a skatepark and do sidehits, butters, etc. and if I make a trip out west or to a bigger resort I can still ride decent. I already have a stalefish which I love for pow/all mtn cruising.

    • @AngrySnowboarder
      @AngrySnowboarder  Год назад +2

      Lets put it this way, I own a Rome Party Mod and I wouldn't even look at this thing for myself. Party Mod has more skate like pop, is easier to turn but doesn't grip like this thing, it's easier to butter than this due to the flat to rocker profile. Basically this board is average at best.

    Sup Angry,
    I've got a Ride Helix that's a little on the stuff side, and an Arbor Westmark that's a little too soft and easy to wash out on butters with. Any recommendations on an option between the two?

    I’ve been snowboarding for years and want to get into park, but all my friends just cruise. Would this board be good enough to keep up cruising down the mountain with my friends for a few runs before I hit park all day?

    Hey Angry,
    I’ve been trying to watch all your reviews and I watched the top 5 twinish powder because I don’t know what to get. I ride Midwest and I’m into carving, but I Kiteboard the cornfields when we get real snow. I need a twin for size 12 boots that can carve on shitty snow but floats on pow going both ways. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    • @AngrySnowboarder

      Not this board. I'd probably just snag something like a Marhar Lumberjack, maybe a Golden Orca.

    How would you compare the tweaker vs. the artifact pro?

    • @AngrySnowboarder
      @AngrySnowboarder  Год назад +1

      Tweaker is softer, has more torsional give, 3d shaping, rides like ass compared to the AP.

      @@AngrySnowboarder perfect! I’m after a twin to ride solely on the bunny hill with my kids who are learning. It’ll be nothing but riding switch and or practicing ground/butter tricks on low angle groomers. I want it catch free, playful, and poppy. Looking at Artifact, Agent, Gangplank, Tweaker, and Disaster, but I really don’t know. All my experience for the last 15 years is with high end, aggressive freeride and pow boards. The last board I road that matched this description for me was a K2 Parkstar. What would you choose? Thanks 🙏🏼

    • @AngrySnowboarder
      @AngrySnowboarder  Год назад

      If it's just for riding with the kids I'd go Gangplank, flat to rocker, easy to press, not demanding at all.

    Fuck I rode a 156 a few days ago and it's *so* much lighter and less catchy than my 154 superpig - kind of understandable as the superpig is volume shifted, but still, the difference was massive. Really enjoyed it

    The interaction between music and speech sounds was so compelling that it was very difficult to focus on the meaning of the words. You could have modulated completely into sprechstimme and I would have been right there for it. I'll read the written review to find out what you actually said. Nicely done and thanks so much for the reviews!
