Governor Nassir speaks at the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Kenya Secondary School Headteacher

Governor Nassir urges leaders to appreciate that Kenya has changed.
Speaking at the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Kenya Secondary School Headteachers Association, the Mombasa Governor observed that “After what we have witnessed over the past two weeks, Kenya will never be the same again. As the older generation, it’s not for Gen Z to adapt to us, it’s for us to adapt to Gen Z because the future is theirs.”
Earlier in the engagement, the Governor led participants in observing a minute of silence for the 22 young people who lost their lives during what many dubbed “7 days of rage.”u Yu
