Thanks for responding to my comment on the other video. You provided this link with an update and I love old cars, my dad had a Studebaker when I was a little girl. Please do let us know how to see your fun site's at car museums.
That was my husband and me that saw you guys as you were arriving to the RV park! 😊 It was so cool to hear y’all mention that in this video! It was a pleasure to meet you both!
My husband got so excited when you said you were going to tour and possibly film some car museums 😀. And as a woman that was raised around a lot of cars, I too would appreciate seeing these museums. So yes, you have our vote! (Sorry Liz 😜). Good luck with getting the E-bikes back, you are great people and certainly do not deserve the run of bad luck that you’ve had.
The Police report leaves a record of Crime in that park. It’s needed to make others aware of the Crime in that area and many of us look on line, to see if an area is safer than others.
Police a nearly always fucking useless. Each cop basicly serves the purpose of a really crappy personal data recieving web page that costs tax payers millions of dollars.
Just thought of the importance of leaving a review on the Google park site. I read these before going anywhere, so helpful and saves others or motivates others.
Car museum videos??? ABSOLUTELY YES. Can we make a request to get some seriously sweet Liz and Paul b-roll of those cars??? Goodness... filming in a museum with that perfect lighting would be incredible!!! BRING ‘EM ON!!
I'm with Liz. Love that yawn. We do have to do things for each other though. Two are in a relationship, so it is give and take both ways. Have fun. I do hope they find your bikes.
Can't afford Patreon. Sorry. It's YOU guy's that make the channel. Your real, honest and uninhibited. Totally awesome your both rising above the many recent negative events. And I must add in all fairness as a long time follower, your lifestyle must be well funded. Cheers to you both and Quartzsite is my coming out after years of planning in November. Wish me luck!
Yes, on the museums! Most of us will never have the opportunity to see xyz in person. Seeing it through someone's camera lens gives us what we wouldn't have had otherwise.
Glad you listened to the comments. . .it didn't sound good to me either when you said you didn't file police report. . .I didn't know all the good reasons everyone else came up with as to why you should. Great video!
Yes, please! LOVE the idea of filming car museums. I'm a single, recently retired widow and I know there's lots of women like me who love old restored cars!!!!
Any museum tours would be fun to watch. Not everyone gets an opportunity to travel like you are and getting to see other areas may help inspire others to tour these areas in the future.
Lots of drug addicts in WA. Last week I saw some guys stealing my neighbor's car. I stopped to talk to them (lol yes I do silly things like that). Noticed the motorhome driver's window was smashed. Long story short, I left without escalating anything and called the Sheriff Department. Filled out a report. Gave description of dude and license plate number. Never make is easy for thieves. Always report. Watch out for others. Good video.
I hope you have good luck with having your bikes recovered. All of your subscribers would be cheering for you if they are recovered. I was impressed with this police officer you spoke with and who seemed to take it seriously and is making an attempt to recover your bikes. I have read that very few police organizations are actually investigating stolen bikes. It makes sense what he said about this may be a local bike theft ring or even a traveling theft ring. These thieves must be targeting RV parks. He at least knows about this bike registry and how the police can use it as a tool to find the owner of bikes recovered. I really appreciate that you put up this video. That had to be very hard to do after having this occur again in such a short time. My husband and I very recently purchased an e-bike and an e-trike. So, like you, we have quite a bit of money invested. Your video got my husband to secure our bikes in our garage and get our bikes registered on the bike registry. Thanks so much for your video.
Hi Lyn! Thanks so much for checking in! I was impressed when the cop said perhaps a local was getting into the campground on foot. That makes total sense! Thanks for your comment and good wishes! Enjoy your new ebike/trike!!!
Liz, you said it! There is a season for everything. We raised five children in a lovely home and now it is time for a new chapter! We will put our house on the market in January and begin full-time RV living. I will not miss all the time and effort this building requires. And if you are ever in the Tulsa area, we would love to see you. Otherwise, we will see you on the road! Paul, good luck with your car channel!
You guys are awesome!! I love how transparent you guys are. Many people on RUclips aren’t as honest with real life problems like you. It takes a lot of strength and honesty to put out the bad times. Bravo for not brushing the bad under the carpet!! Keep up the great work!! I wish you guys safe travels! And remember as long as you guys have each other and your health you don’t need any of these material things.
Hi Paul, another "hands-on" guy here. Please do a video on checking, adjusting, and replacing the electric brakes on your 5th wheel. Liz can take the day off! Thank you.
Absolutely show the museum, who doesn't like to see the history of our country. At this point this is both of your channels, and it seems important to him. 🚗
Yes! please film the car museums. Your travels makes our pre-retirement years more enjoyable watching your adventures. We look forward to getting on the road in the next few years. Happy trails and stay alert & safe !!!
Yes Paul. I love old cars too, especially the orphans. Would love to see the videos and then we could plan on traveling to the ones we like the best. I think it’s a great idea!
Hi. I appreciate how transparent and honest you both are in your videos. Life is always a learning experience. We have to learn from each other and this is a great forum for folks like me to learn. Keep up the good work. We wish you all the very best and safe travels!
Go to the Henery Ford museum, I was there in 1993 when GMAC sent me and 6 coworkers to the GM tech center to learn about Saturn car line. Also the Detroit Art museum is awesome.
National Corvette Museum is not to be missed! Visit Mammoth Cave when you’re in the area too. And um…..corvette is America’s sports car. It has a long interesting story and PLENTY of history.
I love you two, you are so awesome. Love your honesty. It's been a heck of month and a half for hubby and I. You can imagine first 5th wheel and traveled around the country already. Oh boy so much we learned. Mistakes we made got out of them because of advice from folks like you. Keep the videos coming. School district is starting soon here in AZ, have to go back to work. Will be heading out next summer again maybe we will see you somewhere. Enjoy those museums.
Yes! Please do a video on each car museum you visit. I am a car guy and I know that I will never get to see more than a few car museums in my lifetime.
Yes would love to see some car museums 👍🏻 also I would always go with a thick chain lock like a kryptonite or a heavy duty folding lock like the Abus. Never use a cable lock!!! Love the videos
Just a follow up comment from your original video on this issue. It’s great to hear you filed your theft report with law enforcement and I’m happy the officer listened to you. You’ve gone from a zero percent chance of recovery, to at the very least, a possibility. The serial numbers being added to the national crime information center (NCIC) will greatly improve the chance of recovery and development of suspect(s). Safe travels and may God bless you both!
We love cars, so yes, share all the museum footage you gather! Point is, I don't think you have to give up your past interests on the road, but you do have to return to them from new angles. Also, consider putting the museum footage in a separate channel within this one, and it will have its own playlists, too. LOVE THIS CHANNEL! 💯💯💯
@@alancall5113 I think this started as Liz's channel -- that's why it's called "Liz Amazing." Didn't Paul join later? ... My husband and I will happily watch the car museum videos, tho, regardless of which channel they're on. :-)
I love watching your videos. You show the good, and not so good and terrible parts of your traveling life. Love the positive attitudes regardless of the situation. Happy travels.
YES on the car museums but make sure you take care of Liz's wants..I am happily married to a beautiful UNDERSTANDING wife of 37 years and she has put up with my car habit (make that disease as I have owned over 200 cars in my years!)..we are happy because she puts up with my wants and I make sure she gets what she wants :)
that ending was too funny !! but yes to any and all museums.. because the whole adventure of things, wether any other circumstances are going our way or not, its all SO AMAZING… truly!
Car museums: YES! Especially the Studebaker! My dad had a Studebaker & while talking about Dad, there’s a private(?) museum in Spokane where his 1929 Durant is kept. Wish I could remember the man’s name who bought it. Dad bought it for $50 in 1950 from high school kids. He stripped it down & rebuilt it from the frame up, including cutting northern Ontario maple trees for the wooden parts. Liz my dad brought us to car museums…the first one I remember is the Henry Ford Museum. Be inquisitive! Broaden your horizons! As for missing projects….a toy hauler would enable you to create a shop! You don’t have to rebuild a whole car but maybe smaller items.
Paul - Would love to see the Studebaker museum! I owned a 1964 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk 2-dr coup back when I was in college. Bought it used from a one-car owner. It had been pampered. Loved that car!
I’m not a car person, but I appreciate history. I would probably get bored quickly at the museum, but sitting at home watching is different. 😁 I look forward to the car museum videos.
Thank you Liz, for mentioning, "it's another chapter of my life." We are currently in the process of downsizing (big time) in our 4 br, 3 bath walk-out rambler in nearly 3 acres. We are selling it in August. We are planning to go FT RV'ing after Thanksgiving. So thank you Liz and Paul for affirming that it is the best decision you have both made!
Glad you changed your mind, hope they catch the little suckers and you get your bikes back. Nice to be sharing the earth with "Good People" like the 2 of you!
Hi Peg! I swear, I could not stop yawning while we were walking around the SAAB museum. Oh my goodness. Now it looks like we've unleashed something with ALL these people wanting to see museums! Don't mind me, I'll be napping in the corner!
@@LizAmazing Henry ford is not just about cars, it's a very nice experience as is greenfield village and the Grand Rapids public museum in Grand Rapids , MI is probably worth a look , and if you like military aircraft go to the Airforce museum outside of Wright Patterson near dayton , that's better than the one in Tucson but doesn't have a boneyard tram ride.
I appreciate your authenticity and sharing your experiences and knowledge. I’m glad that you’re able to go to the car museums and get your car fixed since you’re not able to work on your cars anymore. I think it’s important that both of you still stay connected to the things that bring you joy!🥰
You are both so much like my parents. Dad loves old cars and travels. He would love a ten car garage and a 2 room home. He loves restoring old cars (especially Fords) and could tinker on them all day. Mom loves her beautiful home and would love 10 extra bedrooms to fill them with family and friends. She only cares if her car works reliably and safely... not what it looks like. They do seem to be opposites but they really do compliment each other. Not to mention love each other dearly.
Awww, you are so sweet! We actually DO have an auto museum video in the works. If you haven't done so yet, ring the bell to get a notification. And how wonderful that you were raised by such loving parents! See you in the next video!
We LOVE LOVE LOVE car museums! If you get to LA you really need to do the Petersen! It's SOOOO cool! And yes, video everything that interests you because you never know who of us out here are interested too!
Liz and Paul … I love watching you both together. I watch this channel because I like you both and I love how you speak and engage the audience … so really the topic doesn’t matter for me . I find it all interesting and your passion for life and adventure is very inspiring . Thank you 😊
Oh yes, you should definitely make the car museum videos AND Liz you need to be in them. You guys are hilarious together. I'm a casual car person and love to see unusual cars. But when the details get too deep (motors and crap), I would to see Liz's face relecting how I'm feeling. I'll laugh and by that time he'll be on to the next car. DO IT!
Thanks for being so transparent. If you check police reports for the RV areas across the country you stay at, you’ll be shocked at the number of thefts. It is a significant problem. Many of those RV neighbors who look nice may be homeless or recently released prisoners with no place else to go. Ironic that some of them are also campground hosts who easily gain your trust.
I bet not. I want all of us to consider something, forgive me, i just must... Homeless people are just trying to survive as a rule. These thefts are well planned and they have vehicles. Do you know Newport? If homeless people had a vehicle that worked, they would sleep in it and be grateful. Not every homeless person is a thief or fresh out of jail. If fresh out of jail, they might not be felons, but "naive" mentally. Many homeless are not there of their own fault. Many are mentally or emotionally deprived and unable to find or accept a better way. Some are victims of the economy or of being used by others more fortunate. Some are unstable BECAUSE of homelessness and disrespect. They have been patronized, categorized, and dehumanized to where they trust no one and are sick of being told what to do without anyone really listening to them to see what they really need. It is essential to overcome homelessness in order to jump rungs in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, but no one seems to really get that. You cannot move on to higher levels of thinking without that security. To talk down to the homeless makes it worse...total disrespect. It is traumatizing to lose your home, however humble for whatever reason. You are speaking to a trauma victim, not a life's reject. Sorry, but this is a challenge near and dear. I have a friend right now going through this, too. I trust him as much as any other friend. I must be so patient with him until he can think straight again. I trust him more than most neighbors, and church people, who all have homes. He is mentally challenged, beaten severly as a child, but no one cared enough to plug him into a system of helps when a youth, so he qualifies for nothing. He has a deformed collarbone that needs surgery. Someone saw him as a homeless jerk and beat him severly, but because he is homeles. Docs won't operate, because he is homeless and no one to care for him. He cannot get medical ...he just falls through all the cracks. I found his parents. They said if he found a livable trailer with insulation, he could park it on their place, but who will get the snow off in the fall, she asked? She was unwilling to help him get a trailer or care for him after surgery! He knows the pain of being treated as dirt. Yet, he knows he is not. He is one of the kindest people i know. He tries so hard. He is creative. When i last saw him, he was badly sunburned trying to help someone...never got paid, either. He needed a doctor. I thought he was going to stay with someone but 2 days later i found he never made it. I cannot find him. The little he has was taken by someone who said they would help him in exchange for work, then instead of paying him because he already earned the room and board, when he went work for someone else for cash, she sold off his few valuables and would not let him stay there! He should have had a full month. A church had even given her money, too. He excused her saying she had a drinking problem, but the things she sold were his grandfather's. At that, he just wept. He was glad he had been able to help her repair so much so she could stay living there. That's how nice he is. While writing this, another guy who had helped me once and had trouble over the years and lives in an RV came by. He, too, had been taken in by someone i know personally. I knew that was going to be bad because that guy pretends to be Godly, but just uses people. But this naive guy was sooo grateful. I had just said, if he ever needed help, to come back. That was 6 months ago. They had a partnership. Guess who did all the work but only got 1/4 of the pay? A client mentioned to him the arrangement the benevolent friend had made. He was stunned. It was the second time. He finally realized how used he was over the many months...sort of an indentured servant. I told him he could park here temporarily because I am selling, but my water was broken and my place in danger of burning! I was afraid tomstart my truck, it is so dry! We live in the forest. He went right down and had it fixed and sprinklers on in less than a half hour. Never asked for a dime. I paid him anyhow. I was praying for help. Even my trees are dying! Maybe that was all he needed...his dignity back, i don't know. So, now where he wants to park won't burn up if he does return. I told him i will help as i can, however, if he drank and got out of line, i have a firearm i know how to use. He believed me! But, i am so grateful that I can water until my plants come back and we have a buffer again against fire. God will have the homeless at the Table ahead of the rest of us, i would bet. God bless and watch over them that have good hearts and do the best they can. Jesus said we would always have the poor, but the Bible is so clear zbout our responsibility to thise whomare helpless to help themselves. Sorry, i just think too many are our scapegoats, and we need to learn how to think differently. I do know many make lots of mistakes, but anyone of us could be homeless at a moments notice and never see it coming. I knew people who leapt from tall buildings when Boeing lost the concord plans. Wives of wealth walked away from their now destitute husbands. They were highly and specifically trained for one purpose. None of us is immune to tragedy. Not one of us.
@@TheLakingc No need to give a dissertation on all the victims of the Worlds cruelty and how it’s everyone else’s fault. Sure, there are many fine people who are homeless for a variety of reasons and live an honorable life. This is a discussion about RV life and the risks faced at campgrounds and parks, by nefarious people many of whom are millennial aged grifters living the van life. Ask any law enforcement officer about the problems they create. Why do you think Walmart, Cabelas and Cracker Barrel no longer allow overnighting in their lots? I’ve opened my home on many occasions to people homeless in crisis helping them get back on their feet. Not a one of them was playing the woke I’m a victim card. We helped them learn accountability and the resources available to get a fresh start. If every bleeding heart liberal took some homeless folks in there wouldn’t be anyone left on the streets. Truth is you wallow in the I’m a victim school and it’s all everyone else’s fault. It’s all just superficial talk, you offer no viable solutions to a problem and take great pleasure in being noble pointing out the obvious.

I'm so glad you you filed a police report! I pray the bikes are found! I agree with Liz! The corvette museum sounds cool!
I love car museums and the ones you talked about are great. I'd definitely watch!

Good morning! I found your channel a few weeks ago and must say that I am enjoying your adventures. Life is short. Do what makes you happy.
Love museums of all kinds! Thanks for sharing!
Liz needs to come on board! You don't need another channel, just drop 2 per week.
@@alancall5113 I think this started as Liz's channel -- that's why it's called "Liz Amazing." Didn't Paul join later? ... My husband and I will happily watch the car museum videos, tho, regardless of which channel they're on. :-)

Actually Liz, I think the museums would be awesome to see! Thanks for you vids. I enjoy them.
Hi Paul and Liz,
If you two come to Charlotte, NC I would love to take you to the NASCAR Hall Of Fame!
I love watching your videos. You show the good, and not so good and terrible parts of your traveling life. Love the positive attitudes regardless of the situation. Happy travels.
Old cars are cool. Would love to see the tours.
Thanks Carol....I think!
The car museum tours sounds like a winner. And you don't need a separate channel. Make it as part of your channel video's.

200???

love the ending. I'm not a car person either but actually really like seeing vintage autos. So go ahead and make a video on that!
Yes!!!! Car museums!!!!! Please!!! I’m a senior , single female…and the museums are very near to where I leave in Indiana ❤️🥰

that ending was too funny !! but yes to any and all museums.. because the whole adventure of things, wether any other circumstances are going our way or not, its all SO AMAZING… truly!
Thanks A Z! We appreciate you!!!
We just toured the Henry Ford Museum and it was wonderful!
Good to know, thank you!

It's hard and my heart breaks, but at the same time, it feels like a relief.
Yes on museum!!!
Glad you changed your mind, hope they catch the little suckers and you get your bikes back. Nice to be sharing the earth with "Good People" like the 2 of you!
Have you been to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn? Some really cool cars there. (And other interesting stuff for Liz!)
Liz, you’re going to have to get Paul to go to places you like!
My husband and I went to the Edsel Ford museum in Detroit. Very fun stuff!
I appreciate your authenticity and sharing your experiences and knowledge. I’m glad that you’re able to go to the car museums and get your car fixed since you’re not able to work on your cars anymore. I think it’s important that both of you still stay connected to the things that bring you joy!🥰
Yes that is a great point Robin! We will be doing some occasional car videos that will show up on some Sundays. Stay tuned!
Have you been in Springfield, IL when they have the car show? There are more cars than you will be able to see!
You guys are such sweet people, I feel bad for you, I hope you get your stuff back!!
Thank you. And from now on, locked and covered!
Enjoy your museums!!

Yeeea thanks guys
Oh yes, you should definitely make the car museum videos AND Liz you need to be in them. You guys are hilarious together. I'm a casual car person and love to see unusual cars. But when the details get too deep (motors and crap), I would to see Liz's face relecting how I'm feeling. I'll laugh and by that time he'll be on to the next car. DO IT!
You asked for it! Check out our FIRST car museum video!!! ruclips.net/video/SmwIzpI0SFk/видео.html
Love the museums, you only showed about ten seconds though.
Good to know, thank you Seth!
@@LizAmazing you’re welcome. See you down the road. Paul grew a few inches in this episode. Did you make him stand on a box lol.
