Dear Carolyn, I'm glad to hear that you like the music! Music is the most difficult to choose when editing movies. We are limited to the 'RUclips Audio Library' with royalty free music.
I've enjoyed the videos and following your travels. We're sailing on the Riviera in 2021 primarily to experience the dining the everyone say is top notch. On Regent at least 1 specialty restaurant is open for lunch on sea days. Do the specialty restaurants on Oceania open for lunch at any point during a cruise?
Wow, Thank you for following our travels! I wouldn't call the Oceania dining experience top notch, especially not compared to Regent... nevertheless it's very good and a lot going on in the different restaurants. I hope you will not be disappointed. The speciality restaurants doesn't open for lunch. You have the main dining room with the "taste of the world" plate which is a little bit speciality with nice ocean views at the back of the schip... .
nice video! i know that all the speciality restaurants are included , but do you have to make reservations before hand ? And how long before ? Or is it always easy to get in at a reasonable time ?
Due to their popularity, I would certainly recommend to make your reservations for the speciality restaurants in advance, certainly if you like to have dinner between 19-20h. Precedence is based on cabin category, the higher the category the earlier reservations can be made. If you have concierge level there will be no problem, your concierge can always arrange something for you, where and whenever you prefer. Below concierge level, reservations may be made 45 days prior to sailing, if the booking is paid in full. Enjoy!

I really love your content, As a foodie myself (I guess you are too! ;-)) I would like to know which of the two cruise lines you would recommend, Silversea or Oceania, needless to say, that the food on Silversea looked also out of this world! but in terms, of food only which of the two, I should consider? and last but not least, how was the porterhouse steak? once again thanks a lot for sharing your journeys! First of all thank you for subscribing to my channel. Subscribing, commenting and liking is more important than you may think so it's highly appreciated! You can consider both cruiselines because they are both excellent in terms of food. I prefer SilverSea (and Seabourn) over Oceania because of the more personal approach which you find also in the restaurants. At SilverSea/Seabourn you can order whatever you want and the way you want it. If something goes wrong it will be corrected immediately, at Oceania you get the feeling that corrections take more efforts. At SilverSea you will never get chewy lobster but it's possible at Oceania. In general the quality of food is better at SilverSea but the variation in food is better at Oceania, it's fun to try all the different speciality restaurants. The porterhouse steak was out of this world, best ever! Thank you for watching and it's good to know people keep dreaming and planning future cruises!

If you visit London, there are two great steak restaurants and the Porterhouse in both of them is amazing! one called Goodman the other Hawksmoor they are as good (or almost...) as Peter Lugar in NYC. I appreciate the fact that you like that people subscribe, like and comment, but let me tell you something, your content is GOLD, people can talk and describe things as much as they wish but seeing it worth million times more... watching your detailed videos was a great help and pleasure. I guess I will go for Silversea/Seabourn. I like cruising and find it a great value for money considering the length, activities, food, etc... (compared with business/first class flight...) Some other cruise lines on my watchlist are; Hapag Lloyd, Regent Seven Seas, and Scenic ocean cruises (which looks out of this world!!!)
