I prefer the meatballs fried before putting in the misua soup because frying adds more flavor. The rest of the recipes I agree on. That's how I learned how to cook them ❤👍
I will tell you why half ground beef and ground pork. If it is pure beef, it will become a little bit dry even if you put water or at least the texture of the meat. With the mixture of pork, the beef will not become too dry. If it is pure pork, the dish will become too oily and eventually going to be mushy as you cook it through. Those two meats will help each other to give you a better texture and flavor. Another, term for that dish is peccadillo (pecadio Spanish pronunciation). I use to put raisins (even If I avoid it when I’m eating because I’m not a big fan of raisins). I just put it because raisins is normally part of that dish). Anyway, I tried dried cranberry one time since they almost look the same and I found out that dried cranberry is much better because of its chewiness and not as sugary as the raisins. Since then, I dont use raisins anymore on my dishes like veggie salad, chicken salad, macaroni salad etc.
It will be nice if you wear surgical gloves for safety health reason, I supposed in the Philippines its how they cooked their food. That's a little scary.

Al dente IS cooked! Geez, where did these people learn to cook? LOL!
I’ve been to Sandy’s rest at Rockwell , pero I cannot recommend that resto bec their serving is too little , pricey
