Sarah Fields that and Steve’s reply to Karl’s questioning of Rosa Parks’ character by saying “I don’t know what she’s got to do to win you round, Karl!” Brilliant.
I swear I was feeling down and not knowing what to watch feeling bored of most things. But your reactions to these always make me feel better. Just want to say thank you for the fast uploads all the time. Will miss these soon. Your the best!!
Josh is a good guy that's why he feels the way he does about animals. It's a good thing to feel that way...protective of animals and wanting to help them is never wrong.
I’ve been looking forward to your reaction to the two kids in front of President Pilkington since you started reacting to TRGS. The “we’ll put you in a home line” is one of my top 5 favourite lines in all of these shows.
Hey Josh Your infectious laugh and an American view got me ages ago, but there was something about your good energy that had me more so. You've just validated my original perception of you - you are a lovley person.
My daughter loves animals, and really wanted to be a Vet, then I told her she would have to put animals down that are suffering, even though it is the best thing for them she knew she couldnt do it, she is now trained as a school teacher and a care worker, she is so kind hearted, we all are in this family but she went that extra mile, everytime the clap for NHS ours was for her, she couldnt hear it of course as she lives 70mile away, but that didnt matter.
Good on you for steering her away from being a veterinarian. They have one of the highest rates of depression and suicide. Vets are 4x more likely to take their own life than the general population!
@@slakk5093 Thanx, I felt bad about it, but knew she wouldnt have coped, but she has a good career and loves it, which it's rare to love your job so we're happy and proud of her
Thank you so much Josh, never underestimate what you you two are bringing to the world. Been a tough few months and you guys help tremendously. Keep enjoying the British sense of humour, it's reassuring that there's intelligent people out there. Keep safe.
That was the whole thing about John Wick- nobody thought twice about the hundrets of people that died in the movie, but everybody talks about the dog. Why did they need to kill the dog... sad. :D

Just a little fact correction that always bothers me when it comes up...the Pyramids were not built by slaves, they were built by highly professional teams of workers who were paid and held in such high honour they were buried next to the pyramids
Its true, I never could watch in I Am Legend when the german shepherd dies. But its nothing in films when people die 😂 but then animals are better than people, especially dogs.

Re: post video comments - just FYI for people, most shelters don't kill anywhere near 9 out of 10 strays that are brought to them. If they do its after months of trying to find a home or because of medical issues. You can also take them to a no kill shelter, they're everywhere! But I definitely take Josh's point and I think having that amount of empathy for animals when you're young is a great sign of character and morality.
Ironically, the driver responded exactly how Karl did. "I'm just doing my job here. I don't wanna get in trouble. I'm just following policy here." Again, the situation again is terrible. Racism is reprehensible. Rosa Parks was both a trouble maker and doing it for a cause. That's the whole point of civil disobedience.

Haha They did that whole little adoption roleplay thing to see what Karls rules would be, they spend 5 minutes pissing around unaware that Karl had apparently made himself just a basic employee so they never got his questions after all, how pointless 😂 😂
The man is a numb-nuts for not wearing a crash helmet; says Karl Pilkington who would have set fire to his kitchen by trying to cook sausages in a toaster, if his girl-friend hadn't stopped him. 🤣

Totally empathise about the animal stuff fortunately i don't see many strays and things here (though we did find a healthy domestic looking rabbit in the street once...no one claimed it...got a rabbit..she was lovely but took a while to let us near her...never found out where she came from) but if we see like an injured bird we try and help it or we hear someone lost their dog or cat I'll be like thinking about it like damn i hope the animal is okay poor animal not getting to go home maybe i should go out and look. I think because we know animals are so innocent and don't deserve any cruelty it seems extra disgusting when films are mean to them. People may have just cause to want to hurt another human but animals no way.
My favourite bit of Karl stupidity, saying it's pointless to bring a child into a poor family when he himself was born into one and had succeeded in life.
Around 2000 Americans die every year from stumbling in their own feet. Since some of them might have children, should we make it illegal for all Americans to take a walk, and let the police give them a ticket if they do it anyway? As long as you do not harm other people directly, i think it is tyrani if the government make it illegal, whatever it is you do, for example if you drive without a helmet.
The volume seems to have been reduced in the past few videos. Can you increase the volume. I watch on my phone and if you do anything else that makes the slightest bit of noise then you can’t hear. Can you boost the volume? Sorry to complain. Great videos otherwise.

I could see that for sure =]
It’s animated by an animation team a few days after the podcast, and then the show that you’re watching right now is shown on TV

Yeah, seeing an animal suffering is heartbreaking, but got to leave them to their nature.
If there’s a chance to save them then that’s really not the case.
