Ingredients:
1) Morcilla/Blood sausage - 1 pice
2) onion - 1 pice
3) Garlic - 3 cloves
4) Cherry Tomatoes - 6 pice
5) Oil - c/n
6) Rum/Cognac - 2 tsp
Preparation:
1) Heat the oil.Add the chopped onion. Saute some minutes then add chopped garlic saute medium heat and take off moisture
2) Add half cutting of Cherry Tomatoes and little saute then add Morcilla/Blood sausage and little saute with Cognac or Rum. Add salt, oregano, thyme, dry parsley, chilli flakes and mixed Well and keep in a side.
3) Fry the egg .
4) prepare salad with lettuce and onion little salt and oyster sauce.
